      I ordered a sweatshirt from Thanks Cowboy on 1/6/2024. I did not receive my sweatshirt within the timeline stated when I originally placed my order. I reached out to ******************* asking for an update on 1/28/2024 and received this bounce back stating they are having challenges with their provider and it is impacting their operations. It stated they are working on refunding all orders. I did not receive a refund and followed up again on 2/4/2024, 2/23/2024 & 3/8/2024 and continued to receive the same bounce back. I never received my refund and have been continuously checking my bank account to confirm. I have attached all of my documentation for review also.

      ***** - November 2023 When item was not shipped within the lead time given I was provided and updated timeframe, emailed mutliple times then after the company folded they only sent autogenerted emails (see attached). Said they would give refunds for all orders but still have not seen this to my account. I contacted my bank and they said I could only dispute the charge within ************************** the timeframe they said they could deliver. Website is no longer online and email address is still sending auto generated email with the same info.

      Ordered 2 pair of Jogging pants for my granddaughter. Business said would ship within 6 to 8 weeks. It has been 4 months, no refund or product.This is very unfair to a consumer.

      Purchased a sweatshirt on December 1, 2023 for $114.90. Sweatshirt never came. After multiple emails saying I was getting a refund due to high volume, the website was shutdown. I tried to call the number on the credit card and there was a recording saying this was not the correct number for Thanks Cowboy. I believe this was a complete scam.

      I ordered a sweatshirt from Thanks Cowboy on December 28th of 2023. I received an email after the order was placed that it can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. I waited about 6 weeks and still did not have the package. I reached out via email asking about the order. They explained that there is a third party issue and will receive the package or request a refund. I stated that I will wait and asked for an estimated time of arrival. I never got a message back. I went to look at the site and where I ordered the sweatshirt to try and call customer service, but found that the company and website no longer exist, which leaves me unable to get a refund or any other communication about my order.

      Date of transaction: December 22, 2023 Order #: #**** Amount Paid: $140 - Company was supposed to ship out their Hug Your Homie Pink Bow Hoodie - Contacted them twice waiting for updates on shipping and never heard back. - Seller privates their accounts, no one is able to reach out to them - Many people have complained on never receiving their orders, up to even 6 months after transaction - Many new bad reviews - Ignores and blocks anyone who raises concerns about getting their orders as well as deletes reviews & concerns left on the accounts - No refunds in their policy ??? Frightening. - Horrible business - Many have been waiting MONTHS for refunds
