************* I placed an order November 2023 expecting it to arrive by Christmas. It did not. Before placing the order I emailed the company and ask if it would come in time and was told it would. A few days before Christmas, still no package. Long story short, I have emailed the company several times since then and was told they could not fulfill orders so they would be refunding orders placed November 15th to current and would start this process January 23, 2024. This was also placed on their website. I still have not received a refund to date. I will not stop until I do and/or this company faces criminal charges. I paid through Venmo and have since filed a dispute to get refunded. I'm still waiting. It's not about the money. It's the principle. Zero rating is not an option so I have to give 1 star, but a negative is what this company truly deserves. Shame on them. P.S. I recommend not ordering from companies that advertise on Tik Tok.Review from Sara K

I would give this fake company 0 stars if possible. Placed a Christmas order on 12/1 and its 2/15 with no merchandise. I sent multiple emails asking for a refund or information on the order with no reply. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and that was the ONLY way I received an auto generated email that says We dont offer refunds or cancellations. Soon after I received a **** tracking number that never showed the item received by the post office. This went on for weeks until finally I was given a refund by my credit card. Tracking number was fake , this is a huge scam.Review from Britney K

I ordered from this company on 12/4/23 and was aware that time to process order would be slow, but after contacting customer service multiple times I received no response. I still have not received my order. I believe the owner is taking customers money and not fulfilling orders but using the money for her own personal use. She has Tik Tok accounts that market products, multiple comments indicate she is running a scam. Look up *******************, I believe she may be the owner.Review from Alyssa M

I ordered from this company on 8/14/2023 aware that it may take some time to receive. After 3 months of waiting I emailed customer support who told me my order was being fulfilled and would be shipping out soon. Soon never came. I decided to try to email them again and ask for a refund of my money, this time got no response. On my third attempt to email customer service, I got a return email stating the customer service email no longer exists. Yet the owner of this business continues to post marketing videos of her products and "orders going out for mailing"Review from AMBER C

I placed an order with this company on 11/12/23 for a $130 sweatshirt. The website states that orders can take up to 4-6 weeks to be delivered. At the 6-week date I reached out to them several times and they have not responded. I just saw on trust pilot that many other people have had the same problem. All I want is a refund at this point
