This company is a scam. They sent me invoices for unpaid bills from 4 years ago. We were completely covered by my husbands EXCELLENT insurance through his work. This company is a fraud.USCB America Response

We are in receipt of the consumers review. Please note that we are a contracted business partner with the creditor in which assigned the accounts to our office. USCB's services include, but are not limited to, sending statements on their behalf for services both past and present. I received a letter from USBC 2 months ago and it had zero links to show I actually owed Keizer the debt. I spoke to someone very difficult to understand and I requested proof of the doctors bill they claimed was mine. I have NOT received any invoices from Keizer either…USBC stated it would take 2-3 weeks to mail me proof…yet they have continued to call asking for the debt…so today I spoke again to a difficult voice, shared that I have zero proof and he said it went out on 10th…why is it with them as a debt not paid and nothing from the damn provider?? This is poor business…and I see a small claims rebuttal in their future. I give them a 1 for BBBUSCB America Response

I'm a father of two, I deliver for fedex. I'm extremely busy right now with Christmas and tax season. I tried to call today and set up a payment plan or make a payment. I received awful service by your employee LORD. He didn't want my money that I offered to pay. Unfortunately it wasn't the 300$ he was after. So my money was no good. I offered to pay what I could and he refused. No last name was given unfortunately. My service was horrible I was given no other option other than pay him $300+ now and $300 whenever...... he didn't even explain if it would be next month of two weeks form then. Basically I tried to call and make payments directly to you USCB America. Express my concerns and make you aware that infact, I do want to pay my bill. Your employee Lord refused to help me and basically said if I couldn't pay half now then he couldn't do anything for me. I called Presbyterian Hospital right after and spoke with them which they accepted my money thankfully and they are putting a withdrawal on my debt collection.USCB America Response

This company sent me a bill with ******** name on it. The bill appears to be legit, but why use ******? You are not ******. You are a third party. Why be deceptive? Why lie? This HURTS your reputation and accountability. This is how scammers scam customers. By your ambiguous and deceptive practices.USCB America Response

We are unable to locate a record for this individual based on name alone but can advise that we are a contracted business partner with Kaiser Permanente. Our services include, but are not limited to, sending statements on their behalf. Additionally, new California ruling requires our office to provide a copy of the creditors last statement along with our notice. USCB America is a joke. I called several times trying to get a Account Statement . They said they would mail it ?. What company in this age does not use E Mail?. That was over a week ago , I guess if they wont get me the requested item they don't want to get paidUSCB America Response

This is a scammer company. They are data mining under the guise of a 3rd party medical biller. I spoke to my medical insurance and they don't even work with this company. I dont care if you have been in business for 100 years...they aren't following the law and they are screwing people out of their hard earned money. They need to be shut down and IF any medical provider is using them for services, they need to stop before they end up in a law suit for racketeering BBB why do they have an A- rating?? What are you doing to help the consumers because this is wrong. Look at these reviews. This is appalling and based on everything that's going on..we need to do better in shutting down organizations that harass and prey on working class citizensUSCB America Response

I contacted them today and tried to get more information regarding my balance. The gentleman that took my call was not being understanding or hearing me. When I asked to speak to someone else that would be able to assist me better he hanged up on me and I was not helped by him. I tried calling again, and someone else was able to assist me and I paid my balance in full. I do wanted add. their billing system is confusing. I was very confused as I had paid in full a balance from my first letter. Then I received another letter with the same Record ID number, so I had to call them to get clarification. I found out that they use the same ID number for your balance. However the letter did not specified that I had made a payment. I'm still unsure how my payments are being applied as it doesn't show a previous balance or how much you paid. It will be helpful for the statements to reflect your previous payments made.USCB America Response

The collection company has repeatedly tried to collect from me on the same Debt over and over again. I paid a late hospital bill with them 2 years ago. Last year they billed me again and I paid them more money. Next thing they did was put it on my credit report as collections .Then again they billed me and I called them . They checked their records and did agree that I did pay the bill. They then removed it from collections . Now they have send me 2 more bills dated back 3 years ago. These bills are already paid off. It's the same bills they keep sending . The are SCAMMERS !!! They are stealing peoples money and runo I get peoples good credit . They need to be put out of business immediately !!!!USCB America Response

I have contacted your office and the lady I spoke to said she would look into it , put me on hold , and said she did see that I had already paid the debt in full . She is supposed to be mailing me a letter for my records that the debt is indeed paid in full. The letter has not arrived yet. That was 2 weeks ago.
The account is under my husbands name , but the bills are mine since I am On his insurance . I have filed a grievance with Kaiser to have you removed from doing business with them.USCB America Response

They claimed there is a collection from Kaiser for $59 and contacted me. They sent to wrong address and didnt even contacted me. I was shocked to see the credit report and paid the collectons eventhough I am not sure but the agent didn't helped me to update the credit report.USCB America Response
