Very unprofessional, if late one day although there is a grace ****** or even if you contact to notify them about a late payment they will harass you with multiple calls, text they even call on weekends, DO NOT Do business with them you will definitely regret it

This company needs to be throughly investigated. PLease do this diligence for all these previous and on going customers.

If I could leave a -5 Star to this bank, I would.Call started at 1.19pm EST 07/19/2024 Agent barely vocalizing words, hard to understand, asked to be transferred to manager *****, who she spoke over me, didnt understand the issue. I explained i wanted to process the payoff of my car but had issues over the website and IVR. Explained that i requested the adjustment from $9.381,54 to $8.996.64 but only gave me the option to pay in full $9.381,54. Keeping in mind that I processed a ticket on the website #****** at 23:36. She said the payoff can't be done on the website , tho it doesn't say that ANYWHERE on the website. She asked me "Why didn't you call yesterday (7/18/2024)? Where did you submit the ticket?", like where else, on your website. She was BEYOND RUDE, I told her I would wait for the next manager available and that if had to talk to HQ would do it also. Asked for a manager for a second time with her and she transferred to ******** who did understand and help me with the payment. Honestly, I was a trainer, customer ********************** agent and also manager, and NEVER have i encountered such a horrible experience with this 2 ladies. RUN FROM THIS PEOPLE. WORST "FINANCIAL" SERVICE EVER

Terrible company. No help with fraud cases. Just the run around.

There are no Words to express the Level of pisstivity that I have this institution One month and still no results I don't think Supervisors exist have yet to speak one. I sent a email to **************** and the ***************** still nothing

This place is a scam. I was forced into a loan by Serpentini Auto in ************************** **** because they advertise a price for a car, but when you want to purchase, the price is 2K more unless you finance. "No problem" they say, just pay it off early. I should have known when I got penalized for wanting to buy my car outright that a scam was involved. Sent my payoff check- 3 weeks later Westlake Financial 'can't find the check' still hasn't been cashed it and every time I call I'm on hold for ***** minutes. Meanwhile, interest I owe keeps going up. When you call, your call goes to a call center in *****. No one can answer a question and they have no idea what's going on. Too bad I have to give them 1 star, they don't deserve it

I gave this company a 1000 down on a car. The payment was due I get paid every two weeks I called made the first payment this was set up on monthly payments they reposted the vehicle three days later bc the payment was late

Horrible services all around, each department, each level of employee. Their fraud department has yet to email me back about ************************* sending incorrect information to them about my car. They breached contract payment date, and *** been trying to get my payment date changed to the correct payment date as it says on my contract. Westlake for over a month has told me to email a manger of the correct information, that manger never responded, I called again this time got transferred to verifying department lady straight up hung up on me because I was explaining my situation and insisted they contact the dealer because the dealer literally wont help me and I have audio proof and contract proof of them not helping me. I called again got to a supervisor she literally said everyone told me wrong information and that I needed to email the fraud department they have yet to respond for over a week and a half and counting. There is no number you can call for more help only go through email and by phone you will be transferred to whos available. Its extremely mind blowing how a customer has proof of a dealer doing wrong and yet westlake wont change nothing unless the dealer that did you wrong says they messed up and they send in the correct information.

I have a very negative experience with this organization. The customer ********************** seems very unconcerned about your situation I paid 2k to have my car release after a repo. And they drag their butts about making sure I get my vehicle back after paying all that cash after speaking with several different people about the situation still no car

I payed off a loan and had to wait for my title and loan release. A month passes and I received nothing. I call them and explained my situation, verified my info and none of them would help. They transferred the call 5 times without telling the person they transferred anything, forcing me to verify each time just to be transferred again. They even tried to tell me I could go to the *** to get a title when the title would come from them. Finally while waiting on the line for a supervisor they corrected my information that they got wrong, so now over a month later I'm still waiting.
