My name is ********************************* have been working with this company for almost a year now. I have not received my debit card yet. I would like to know why it's so hard to get help over the phone & over the phone with this company. Can you please contact them & get them to understand that I need my funds. I started my university education back in August **** at University of Southern California and ever since I graduated from this university back in May ****. There has always been discrimination about not being able to get hired by any company around the country. I feel the university cheated me by making me pay back more than ***** dollars worth of debt and now I found myself unemployed for more than 20 years and poor credit inside my FICO score despite being an excellent payer because the university still wants me in deep economic hardship for bad feelings. They took my pride from being a professional and my grades went on jeopardy because they love to fool around and compromise with my academic excellence. I could only tell you this reality because I was drop from ***** back in summer **** because of better grades. The would not leave me alone inside my life. Just recently the university denied me their credit card because they hate me with credit and love deep economic trouble.Initial Complaint

USC has reported I was 30 days late ERRONEOUSLY on my credit report for Sept 2020 and Oct 2020. This is completely erroneously, as USC screwed up my account and it took MONTHS to fix. I filed a dispute with ******* and USC responded the record is correct when clearly it is not. I have an entire email stream showing that USC was irresponsible, screwed up my account, and refused to correct it for MONTHS while I pretty much sat there suffering and helpless.Business response

Consumer Response /* (3000, 6, 2022/10/04) */ USC finally fixed the issue. The two erroneous late payments have been removed.
