I used this company to process and transfer payments for ****************. I had be using them for a less than a year. They were referred to me. My clients would submit their payments for the package deals I created and once the payments transferred to my account I would pay the resorts and vendors. In June of 2022, they put a freeze on my and several other accounts. They've sent out emails and even text messages stating the payouts would be made on two different dates. Both of those dates have came and passed with no updates or contact. Just recently they changed the company's name to ****** and made all of their social media accounts inactive.

On Thursday 7/14 I received a ***** package that required signature. In it was an envelope containing a peymynt card and a letter (with typos) informing me that my card had arrived and to activate it with my peymynt account. The problem here is that I do not have a peymynt account, nor did I request a card. I attempted to contact the company, but I could fine no phone number. After searching I found an email address and emailed the company asking for assistance. Peymynt did not respond. On Friday 7/15 I searched the website and found a contact page with a form to fill out. I filled out the form with the issue and submitted it. Again, no response from peymynt. Given the typo's in the letter and the fact that I did not request this card I can only conclude one of two things, either 1) this is a scam 2) someone has created an account with peymynt in my name As described, I have given peymynt two changes to clear up this matter but they have not responded. I am now attempted to go through *** before bringing this matter to the police. I have attached a scanned copy of the letter I received, with two typo's noted in it.

On June 29, ******************, withdrew $240 from my account without my authorization. As a result, I filed a dispute with my online bank that denied the claim stating they have documentation from the vendor, ************, that I authorized the withdrawal. However, when this company tried for the 6th time to withdraw money, I received a text from my bank and said that I didn't authorize any withdraws from this company. Now my bank is refusing to reimburse me the money this company has taken out. And yet this company has no website or phone number to be contacted

The morning of June 30, 2022. I checked my bank account to see multiple charges from merchant peymynt. I've never heard of or used this company. There is a total of 7 charges, each between $12-$20. I would like to know how this company was able to get my card information. I would also like a refund and my information to be removed from their fraudulent website.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/30) */ Thank you for contacting us regarding your inquiry. Hope you are well. Peymynt is a merchant account service provider for small businesses. The merchant's name should be located on your credit card statement. The business name, shown after PF* on your statement descriptor, has collected a payment from your account for their services or products. If you have determined that the charge is unauthorized or fraudulent, please contact your banking institutions to file a fraudulent claim so we can properly investigate with your bank how your card details were used for a transaction. We apologies for any inconvenience and confusion this has caused. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/07/05) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Peymynt tried three different times in varying amounts within one minute to charge my debit card at 5:15am on Sunday, June 26th, 2022. Clearly a bot or scam. As evidenced in the photos, one was from a ************ for $90.43 which was declined by my bank's fraud department, one was ******************* for $91.00 which was declined by my bank's fraud department, and the other charge (the one that went through and likely first day to hit the account) was $60.00 by a ************--ALL connected to the same phone number ************, also evidenced by the photos attached. This may make it easier to find this fraudster. I looked up that number which isn't connected to any person, and when called, it's an invalid number too. I don't know anyone by any of these names. It all happened within one minute. Luckily my bank's fraud department caught the second and third attempts of the three in increasing amounts, but I am still out the $60.00. You guys NEED to investigate this. For your customers' benefit. I would like my money back. My bank has all this evidence and will be contacting you about this case. This isn't an unsubstantiated complaint. Please believe me. I've tried to call you guys and contact you through your social media also. Thanks for your help in resolving this matter. My experience with Peymynt has been nothing but pure hell and I'm surprised this company still exists. I was referred to this company by a colleague because I was having merchant issues with other companies and I was hoping that this company was gonna help me come to a conclusion since they always market on their Instagram that they don't hold peoples money and that they do business with integrity. Well when I first signed up I thought everything was all good I took my first $**** transaction. That transaction proceeded to be held in my bank account for over five days because apparently, I didn't verify myself even though I clearly did in the beginning. I submitted everything such as my EIN, drivers license, Social Security number and basically anything you can think of. Then from there the customer service rep was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me that I didn't do any of that stuff and that he didn't know what I was talking about. Following up until this past week, they locked over $****** of my hard earned money even after I sent their team multiple contracts, text message, and email proof that my clients authorized the charges. My clients even offered to get on the phone with them to confirm that the charges were indeed not fraud and they were confirmed. Now they're saying that they're going to give my clients a refund and it's gonna take 5 to 7 business days but then all the sudden now I'm being told to 10 business days. Story is never the same as clearly their back and Customer Service team is not well coordinated. I just want my $****** paid out or refunded to my client successfully. This is affecting my life tremendously and it's giving me and my family a lot of stress because I cannot pay my bills. They told me they were going to fix the $****** problem within 72 hours and nothing has been done. The customer service answers when they want to answer and they don't when they don't want to answer. I am so financially stressed and they dont care.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/03) */ The Peymynt customer support team has been in non-stop communication with the merchant regarding the account. Without revealing the security concerns related to the account, we have decided to terminate the merchant account and issue a refund to the original cardholder's. We consider this matter closed and no further response will be provided. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/06/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) That's a joke! I was blocked on all social media platforms and my clients haven't received any refunds! You guys are a fraud! You have done this to too many people! What company blocks someone after stealing money? "Security concerns" ??? No you blocked me because you guys stole my money and dissapeared! Consumer Response /* (-5, 9, 2022/06/08) */ they haven't refunded my clients or me. They are scamming more and more people by the day. Even my business partner has *** locked up. They continue to ignore me and steal money

On 2/9/2022, I sent an invoice to a customer of mine via PEYMYNTS website/ card processor to collect for products sold to my customer of which my customer received the product and also paid for the product with PEYMYNT's software. I understand PEYMYNT will collect a fee of about 2.9% + $0.30 I believe is the amount. I have it next day funding to my bank account. PEYMYNT, for whatever reason is holding the funds and not releasing them. I have spoke to their chat and they cannot give me an answer. I reached out via their social media ******************, and IMMEDIATELY I was blocked by them. The invoice I sent was for the amount of $******** of which after their fees I should have received $******** the next day. It has been well over 3 months and I have not seen those funds. Please help me as I am needing those funds. Thank you.
