  There are many instances where this brand (About Face) is committing fraud and has false advertising. The first being that this brand repeatedly will list products on site that have never been sold before, as if they are discounted. The Fractal Glitter Gelly Set was introduced late 2021 onsite as *** with *** crossed out as the real price, to make it seem like you're getting a *** off deal, when in fact those products had never even been sold before. They do this with a lot of their new products and kits that have never been sold onsite to make it seem like they're on sale when they were never listed onsite before. In addition to this, the second issue is that they advertise many products as limited edition, so they won't be available for long as a standalone product, or they're only part of a kit that won't be available for long. Every single time they do this, they keep the products on site indefinitely, and then the exclusive limited products that were part of a kit get sold separately and are still labeled as limited edition or just become regular products when they were listed as limited. They continue to make false advertising claims to get consumers to buy more up front because they think products are limited or on sale, and I've spent over ***** on this brand at this point since *** ***** most of which I could have saved, had they not made false claims advertising. They will also bundle items together and sell them for cheaper, calling them limited edition and screwing over anyone who bought the products when they initially launched. This is complete fraud for many of these things and the brand continues to make false advertising claims with every new product line they launch. They need to be held accountable for their poor marketing choices, and scamming customers out of money with these claims. I have uploaded evidence from the site and social media. I do have all my order confirmations and can send those separately if needed, to prove purchases made.
