      I am so sorry that I didn't read reviews on this site before I placed an order with Josie Maran. I ordered a product on January 29th and on the 30th received a tracking number. It appears that the item has been lost as it's been in the same **** processing faciltity since Feb 2nd and there is no estimated delivery date. At this point, Josie Maran should be offering to overnight a new shipment to me, but instead, when I call, and I've done so several times, I'm told that it's my job to contact customer service at ****. This company needs to educate themselves around customer service. They should be so ashamed of themselves. They should not be allowed to be in business if they are basically trying to steal peoples' money. They're absolutely disgusting.

      Before Christmas i ordered 2 color Argan sticks. When the package arrived i only received one. It is now 3 weeks into January and i still have no resolution to this error. I emailed them 3 times. Now they are saying did you text the info. Oh my - i asked now for a refund. We will see it that ever happens. Its absolutely terrible customer service.! Worst by far that i have ever dealt with

      This company has about the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Its unbelievable and unfortunate. I have been using the Josie Maran ********* and the pores face cleanser since 2020 but Ive always purchased the products from Sephora. During the holidays, I decided to check their websites for sales and came across some travel sized items that Id love to own. On December 23 and December 29 I made purchases. Both items were shipped. Still today I have not received my orders. I decided to contact the customer service team and they told me to contact the shipping company directly, which was odd because I've always experienced the company following up with the shipping company and not the customer. So, I did as I was directed and the shipping company told me that there was an error with my order and they were waiting for Josie Maran to fix it before shipping it out. I screenshot this email and sent it to the customer service agent again. The agent then told me to contact another shipping company. I did again and the tracking number doesn't exist. I followed up with Josie Maran again informing them of this and requesting a refund and I never heard from them again. I'm leaving this complaint hoping that I can simply get my money back. I actually will never use their products again. Ignorance was bliss with this company.

      Stay away from this company! They are the rudest most incompetent people and when there's a problem they will give you the run around and expect you to call the shipping company they chose to use to chase down your package. They have no desire to help or resolve any issues. Instead, they will just keep repeating that they are human and it's "the busiest time of year." They need to get their sh*t together. This company needs to be shut down. There's too many other businesses that actually care to provide customer service, there's no reason to shop with a business that doesn't appreciate their customers. These people are beyond pathetic.

      I just spent 40 minutes on a customer service call with ********************************************* company asking for a refund on my order placed on October 2nd. The order was never delivered and returned to sender. I am in ******. I contacted customer service 4 times in the last two months via email and phone and was told to keep waiting for the refund until they received the returned package. After finally tracking it with ***** I saw that the package was scanned at the post office in North Hollywood on October 24th. I contacted JM customer service again, and was told to wait. Today I was told it's over the 30 days and I can't get my refund. I had to start a claim with ***** I am in ****** and on the **** website it says lost international packages need to be claimed by the sender. I can't open a claim with ***** The agent I was talking to today was lovely, but she had no authority to process my refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but the supervisor would not take my call and did nothing to help the agent or me. I've ordered JM products and have loved them for years. As of today, I will NEVER order with her again. I have rarely experienced such HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shame on you *********************************************, a company that preaches well being. International buyers beware of this awful service before you think about ordering from Josie Maran.

      We're sorry to hear that the customer is unhappy with her experience, and can't apologize enough on behalf of the Canadian Post and USPS. This order was successfully packed and shipped by our Shipping Team, but appears to have been re-routed back to sender by the Canadian Post and USPS. The reason listed on the official USPS tracking page on 10/13 is that the address entered at checkout was an "incorrect address". When a package is returned to sender, our Shipping Team processes and refunds the RTS within 10 business days. However, as can be seen in this order's tracking information, the package was never successfully returned to us at all, and is still in transit, which would explain any delay in refund, as our Shipping Team hasn't received the package. It is possible that the Canadian Post and/or USPS has lost this package in transit. Since we do wish to remedy this unfortunate situation as best we can, we would be happy to reach out to the appropriate departments and see if we're able to override our system and provide a refund for this package, despite not receiving it back, as a courtesy for any inconvenience. In the meantime, we'll be certain to pass *** customer's feedback along to the appropriate departments.

      The package has clearly been lost in transit. Why should that problem be put on your customers?

      I paid for products in good faith and never received them. I did everything as per your customer service policies and was still denied a refund.
