I do not have a contract with about Water and Power Community Credit Union. They did NOT provide me with the original contract with my wet signature as requested.Business response

We are writing to address the credit dispute and validation of debt challenges you recently raised regarding your Consumer accounts with Water and Power Community Credit Union. Upon conducting thorough research into the matter, we have concluded that the credit reporting on your accounts, specifically your Credit Card ending **8429,Vehicle loan ending **881-0013, and Holiday loan ending **881-0016, is accurate. Our investigation included a review of the relevant loan agreements,which were found to contain your signature, thus validating the debts in question. In light of our findings, we have mailed a response letter to your address, along with copies of the loan agreements for your reference. We trust that this information will address any concerns you may have regarding the validity of the reported debts.

I have not received my replacement credit card and have been trying to get it for FOUR months. Every time I call to get it replaced, I reach someone not associated with my bank. I have called twice inquiring about my credit card and it's whereabouts and NO ONE cares to tell me what has happened with it. I get no confirmation number unless I order a rush delivery which costs ME $25? It's absolutely insane. Every time I call to ask, it is supposedly ordered to be sent to me but when I call back because I've received NOTHING apparently there has been no reorder. this bank is complete garbage. NEVER use water and power community credit union.Business response

On 3/21/23, the member reported fraud on the account. A replacement card was issued to the address on-file. The member contacted us on 7/11/23 to inform us the card was never received. As a courtesy, a replacement card was rushed to the member via overnight mail. It was delivered on 7/13/23.
