I reached out to about 200 lawyers with my express limitation of total amount able to spend not goign over $*****. (****** if his parents chipped in but they refused) and when I would speak to lawyers I told them this. I explained my case. I turned many away who were charging upwards of 1*****-****** and even higher. I found spolin law and contacted a miss ******, when we spoke I told her my budget, asking if the prices for the services weere within my price range. in her lawyer deceit manner, she avoided my question which I did not notice until much later, by stating "Yes! and the best part is, whatever you pay for the case review goes towards the cost of any of our services. so if you choose something that costs ***** and you have already paid ***** then you would only owe *****." that was winthin my price range. so i proceeded. they tricked me, none of mr ********************** services are below 1*****! she knew this. when he did the case review, he informed me the services i would need were in the ****** and higher range. i asked about him filling out the application for commutation, why was it thirty grand? was it a lot of paperwork, or man hours? he stated cockily, "no, its a fairly simple process and doesnt take very long, its just that i know my worth, and thats what my time is worth." I was appalled and felt tricked, s though they gotten my hopes up for no reason. ****** knew **** well the pricing and instead of being open and honest like the other ones I had spoken to were, she misled m into believing this company was one i could afford to hire, when she knew i could never in a million years afford them. now, i cant hire anyone to get my loved one out. and they refuse to work with me.Business response

This is essentially a complaint that a former employee (******) promised that the full service would be ****k, not the final price that it was. That employee no longer works for the firm. Our office manager is going to contact this individual to find out more information about what occurred. We would not have authorized the former employee to give a price estimate like that. Therefore, if she indeed did give this price estimate, then we will refund the amount paid. I will update this when I have more information.
