The transaction originated on August 25, 2022 with account manager****************. I originally deposited $100.00 for a ************** trade. Mrs. ****** encouraged me to deposit an additional $400.00 to make the total $500 in order for me to receive a higher profit. I did deposit $500.00 total. About two weeks later I was informed that my trade was complete yielding a profit of $3,892.00. I was then given instructions from**************** to initiate withdrawal process. I requested the withdrawal, however, I was not informed that in order to receive the funds there was a transfer fee. Mrs. ****** apologized for not informing me and text me that the fee was "not that much." The total of the transfer fees was $520.00 as listed in an email from ****************. I reluctantly paid the $520.00 transfer fee. I received an email on 10/13/2022 from **************** stating that I do not have a wirex card to transfer the profit funds to and needed to purchase one for $800 in order to receive the total profit. I am attaching a picture of the emails received. I also text**************** at ************* to let her know that I am filing a complaint with the ********************** today.Initial Complaint

I have all documentation of my experience with this company and was told a set amount from the beginning and I would receive a return with hours. After I gave that set amount, they then proceeded to ask for more money in order to get anything back at all and I at first tried talking to the initial person I started with and she was giving me the "run around." I then decided to move to the company website to send an email stating what happened..no response. I have called on numerous occasions...no answer so I'm not even sure if this is a real company now. I'm a little in shock because I put my trust is someone completely and was completely lied to. I am hurt that people like that do things like this to hard working people. I have children to take care of so when I do something that involves money, I move carefully in hopes of a return. So now this lady has my money and will not send it back, plain and simple. She can simply transfer it back and that be that but now I am forced to take such actions.
