On 11/07/2021 I placed an order in the amount of ******* paid in full for a Curtain Rod Wood/ Rasin 2" Diameter (Size: 108") order ****. The website states the order is "awaiting fulfillment" I wrote to the business using their online form (there is no telephone or direct email provided to contact them) on 12/10/2021 requesting a full refund for this item that has no fulfillment date or update. This was over a week ago and I have not received a reply. I am please asking for assistance in receiving a full refund for an item I have not yet received and have no update on.
