I paid for my front 2018 $740-$760 for myToyota Camry Le front bumper to be painted. They paid only the damaged part and its painted very bad. Also there is missing screws and other pins that was not probably installed back to hold my front bumper and the shield. I am very upset because I had to pay 20$ to put some of the screws back in and there is several screws missing still and pins still missing. The grille also was not probably installed back to the bumper and it's sticking out. I never seen such a bad job anywhere. They pressured me to put yelp likes on their business and I took it off because I am not satisfied at all for the service. I went back but the man who was in charge and a serious anger issue and forced his worker to fix just the screws that came off from the shield. I later took it to my trusted body shop and they told me a lot of things were missing like screws and pins ...They put some of them in bad, there is a lot of missing screws and other pins I was told. Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/05/05) */ When the owner brought his vehicle it was explained to him that we would only paint the area that was damaged and not paint the entire bumper to maintain the original factory paint from the dealer. We were able to do this and explained to him that we can do this due to the minimal damage of the area. it was a small scratch that we were able to repair and paint. As far as the screws. The car is a 2018 used car. So there could be a lot that could be missing from it before the car came to us. We just put back on the car what came on the car. we installed everything as is for when the car came in. He also wanted the job to be as cheap as possible and did not want to pay the full amount and even gave him a discount and explained to him that it would not be a perfect job. He still insisted for it to be repaired to the best that we could do, which we did and explained to him numerous times.
