I was ordering a trench coat for my husband for Valentines Day. He wanted a trench coat Like ************************* wore in Peaky Blinders. I went on website and picked out a Black size 42 for this coat. I paid ****** and waited. The coat came a couple of weeks later and it was grey and too small. Their chart I went by should have fit him or even been a little big. My husband was disappointed also I reached out and asked how to return and explained I had the wrong coat and wanted to exchange it for the right coat. Took days for a response and they asked if I wanted to keep the coat and they would refund me 35 dollars and send me the right coat for 99 dollars. I talked to my husband and decided I would keep the coat and give to my son and order another coat from them and make sure it was the right one. I reached out to them and told them this is what we were going to do and they refunded the 35 dollars but did not give me the discount on the other coat. I paid another 149 dollars on Feb. 6th and they said it would take 5-7 business days to be shipped. It is 2/2382024 and I have emailed several times with no response asking why this coat has not shipped yet. The order number they gave me is 3366. I feel like I just got scammed. Still has not left ********** and it was a valentines gift for my husband., They even have a fed-ex tracking number but it shows it has not picked up. What can I do here. I don't want the money back. I want what I had ordered to be delivered so my husband can get the coat he wanted.
