I purchased a walking suit last year that was midsized. I called repeatedly to have it exchanged. Due to Covid-19 and tragic loss of 10 lives in my family that was no longer a priority. I called early this year again to exchange the walking suit for the correct size . A very friendly and Professional Gentleman took my call. I explained the situation and told him the Merchandise was still in the original packaging and box . He saw all the notes and showed empathy. He sent me instructions to send the garnett back and he assured me there would be no issue with an exchange of size. I paid for postage and shipped. It was recueved 5 days later and nothing was wrong with the return. I called a week later to inquire another gentleman told me he had to call the warehouse to have them ship my suit. 2 weeks pass nothing . I called back and I got a very unprofessional and rude female representative who said I will not exchange your suit and you never should have bern told we would m its past the exchange time-frame. This has been going on for almost 100 days and after they received my item I am told they WILL not exchange it. I was also told they would be sending the original too big paid in full walking suit back. As of 5/18 I do not have my item. They don't answer my calls and I want my items . I want to file a complaint. I have a string of emails to back up my complaint. Respectfully ******* ** ******Initial Complaint

Transaction date : ******** Product cost me : ******* MensUSA product ****** in online offer (Men's Tuxedo Set claimed to include tux suit, vest, shirt and bow tie) which I purchased. The package arrived (undamaged) on 12/08/21 containing only two parts of the 4 piece set advertised. The shirt and bow tie were not in the package. On 12/09/21, I contacted MensUSA about the shortage, and requested a prompt remedy to send me the 2 missing items as I needed the complete set in mid December. Due to no response, I communicated again and again and again. I eventually got one unacceptable response that the seller would look into the matter. The matter remains unresolved, so, I am sending this complaint to BBB to register the dispute, and perhaps get the missing items that I paid for sent to me. Obviously , the deficient integrity of MensUSA business practice is seriously poor, and possibly illegal. My order # with MensUSA : *********************************Initial Complaint

On ******* *** **** I ordered a black wool suit for an event around the end of November! On November 3 I sent an email explaining that they sent me a white polyester suit! I asked for a quick resolution and on November 5 I got an email stating they had a black suit in stock to send me and asked that I send them a picture of the white suit which is what I did! They said they would ship that day! A week went by and no suit! I'm really getting anxious now! I called several times and was hung up on about three times and each time I'm told I was disconnected! I sent several emails inquiring! I talked to ******** #**** and she talked rudely and disrespectful to me also! I was trying to explain how crucial it was for me to get the suit immediately as time had been wasted due to their negligence! I asked how is it that one week I'm told the suit was there and shipped and a week later that suit is on back order! She said sir if you want the suit you will have to wait or cancel your order! I said I want it and asked her when will it come in! She said I could get it on Wednesday the 17th and I got it on Friday the 19th the same day I needed it! I used a suit I had since having the new one altered was not possible! They also said they would send me a return label and gave me five days to get the white suit back to them or be billed for the white suit! The return label never came and I paid $31 to send it back sending them a tracking number and an email asking for my money back! They made a simple transaction **** for me and were very disrespectful! I've bought from them a number of times in the past but no more! I asked to speak to someone who was over ******** #**** and was told they don't give that information out! Worse case of customer disservice ever! Please help me get my money back
