    On 12/31/21 I purchased tickets/reserved seats for the hunk-o-mania show. It included seats for a party of 18 for the show date on 1/15/22 in Arizona. The total cost was $807.89. I along with my party flew in to Arizona for the event since it was a special occasion for our bride to be. The morning of the show I called to confirm the venue's location and to confirm seats were ready and the correct quantity for our party. ***** ***** spoke with me on the phone and immediately began to state that they had written "not attending" the show when they had already received the payment and reservation. After constant belittling and rude accusations from him, he finally stated he would update it and that we would have our seats ready. We were to arrive an hour early (7pm) before the 8pm show to claim them. When our party arrived to the event (7:00pm exactly) there were NO seats for our party. The door man stated that they were completely reserved and that our party was written as "not attending". It was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable that our party wasn't given the reservation that we paid for. After speaking with the door attendee, he threw us in the corner of the stage where half of our party couldn't see the performance. It was a very distasteful experience. I'd like to get a complete refund for not getting exactly what we paid for especially considering we flew out of California for this event.

    ************ location!Hunk-o-Mania is owned by a separate company. They then outsource their "brand" to different clubs. So, there is ZERO consistency, guarantee, or quality control. They will charge you outrageous prices for the dirtiest, more divey strip club experience. They have no sense of customer service, so good luck getting help.The ************ show smells like cigarettes, dust, and old people. The THREE men that come out don't do much, other than grab women, put their crotch on their face, and smack them around. They treat GA and VIP the same. The lady ******** who works for the corporation tried to scam me into an upgrade of $250 from VIP seats to a VIP table. This is because I mentioned that I paid for the bride, without realizing the part of the website that says brides get in free with 5 purchased tickets (we were 6). Instead of allowing me to transfer that money into drink credits, she suggested me paying $250 more for a table with champagne. Well.. turns out everyone, even **, got a table. The only difference between ** and a VIP table was a $7 bottle of Cooks sparkling wine. My group waited 40min because we got there early for first-come first-served, and the host said she would find ** (we were sitting outside waiting in the heat). Next thing I know, there is a line of 50 people and we wait another 45min in line. Behind these people that came in LONG after **.The dancers paid attention to every bride, except for our bride (who was VIP & had "diva package"). Curiously enough, she was the only black bride in the entire place. Instead, they kept dancing on our friend next to her--even though we all pointed to the bride. It took me speaking with management and basically getting so frustrated that I cried, for them to give her some attention. I didn't want to be all "I paid for it," but I did and instead had my bride discriminated against. They finally gave her stage time, and extra time, to make up for it. This company should be shut down.
