*** TRAFFICKING. SCAM. I used their online dating website LDS Singles that Spark Network is solely responsible for. This website and app associated with it is a scam it itself. It is expensive for single parents. The free account doesn't include on-site messaging, only emails with your matches that THEY decide for you. Not only were their matches complete opposite from my profile, but most users also don't have the money for their monthly subscription so they include their social media account or actual phone number in their introduction! A one-month trial cost me $50. After two weeks, I had only spoken to one user. There are men ages 60+ that have put their dating preference (that is visible to everyone) that they are looking for women ages *****. That could be considered *** trafficking. They don't consider this a problem. IMMEDIATELY after canceling my subscription, they refunded me the $50 which shocked me, but then sent the user I was talking to an email about my account being fraud and that I was under investigation for being a scammer??!! WHAT? The only scamming I see going on here from LDS Singles, and Spark Networks **** for promoting themselves to be some kind of safe, Christian community where single men and women can go to meet others and feel safe in doing so. While nothing is safe on the internet, the admin should take accountabilities for all of these complaints. If you're so worried about fraudulent activity, why don't you look into the 60 year old, supposedly religious, and Christian MEN that are wanting an 18-year girl to talk to! (whos not to say its the other way around too).

They are scammers they boot you off and do not refund your money. They booted me off after couple months I was a paid subscriber I was using an alias name because I dont want people to know I am on a dating app. They blocked me and booted me off and told me to get a refund through the App Store. Are you mugging me I purchased it ****** play store not iPhone but they still refused to refund my money. Do not uses this service head office is in ******* they steal your money and then boot you off terrible customer service no second chances its absolutely ridiculous. **************** sounds very inexperienced sounds like the same person everytime. They are scammers 100 percent

They automatically renewed my account I called them and they said they will not take the $149.99 off my credit card

Did not know it was automatic renewal.When I received bill on credit card I called to cancel. They woukd not cancel. $149.94 is a lot of money just to have scammers contact you.

They have no screening process, and all kinds of scammers have access to you. I canceled within 14 days, and they refused to refund me. STAY AWAY FROM SPARKS NETWORK! They are evil scammers!

They said I could pay for one month and they took 3 months at $137 the one month was to $39

Do not use Christian mingle or any other company manages by Sparks Network. The customer service does not respond and the phone numbers listed are non-working numbers. You will not receive the customer service necessary for any support with your account.

I signed up for this service--as a woman looking to meet men and only 2 profiles show up .. one is a woman?(***) and the other is 1 man. This is ridiculous as this site promotes meeting people /men to date and there are no profiles? My preference settings are pretty open

It looks like this company starts to cause issues with you and people youve been talking with on their site. if you try to cancel your subscription. I think people should know this. They show that youre under review with them for possibly not abiding by their rules and regulations. And they let the people youve been talking to Know youre under investigation when all youre trying to do is close your account. I just think people should be aware that it looks like this company does these kind of things.

They will not allow me to cancel my subscription and claims I have to cancel somewhere else!
