I got an subscription that was supposed to be a 1 time fee for the year. Than I tried using it and it charges every time you send a video. I am actor trying to get roles. When I noticed this I asked them to cancel it and give me a refund. They said ok but ever didBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/23) */ Customer paid $68 8/4/2022 for a membership that allows for free E-submission responses to casting call's for a year across our website. Customer asked to cancel membership. We canceled membership but for $46 which is per policy on our site. Customer while a member submitted himself 11 times across our site, so without a membership the price of single submissions are $2 per. $68-$22 (11 submissions) = $46 refund which was issued on 8/11/2021 through our Payment *******. We receipts and documents to support all. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/08/24) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) They did give us a portion of his refund back but they are a scam.They charge per minute for sending a video for each submission on top of the yearly membership fees and he wasn't aware of that.
