The purpose of this is to bring to your notice about a fraud done by a company in Los Angeles. A company by the name ***************** has done fraud to me. I ordered their ********* PRO LED MASK on ********** for *** dollars(including ** dollar shipping). Till now neither I have received the product nor the refund. I was in contact with the *** of the company Mr. ******* ****** regarding the updates. After a lot of argument he just refunded ** dollars, the balance of *** dollars he is not refunding. He is not responding to my emails regarding the refund anymore. Kindly help me with the refund of my ********* ********* It is my hard earned money. I can't let it go like this. We've attempted to deliver twice to this international address, but the shipping carrier was unable to deliver. We've asked nicely for the customer to be patient during the shipping process. I have received the refund as follows: 17.01.2023 50 dollars 25.01.2023 140 dollars 31.01.2023 50 dollars. There were 42 email exchanges between me and******************(CEO) but nothing worked. When he stopped replying to my emails, I asked for your help. I had a very bad time with this company and money was also refunded in parts. I had a lot of mental stress in the last couple of months. I buy things from the US, UK a lot but never have such a bad experience. Thank you so much for all your help and support, without that I would have never received my money back. I have received a full refund on 31.01.2023.
