Bomme Studio was truly a life saver for me. I knew I wanted to start a direct-to-consumer lifestyle brand that had ethical production and sustainability at the forefront but had zero experience in the apparel industry. Bomme's team walked me through every stage of the development and production process and went above and beyond to ensure the success of my e-commerce small business. Their expertise (decades of experience) and unwavering commitment to delivering on my vision, truly set them apart. From start to finish, they held my hand every step of the way, easing any concerns I had and ensuring a smooth journey during an incredibly overwhelming and intimidating undertaking.Perhaps the part of working with Bomme I valued the most was their level of transparency. We are a small start up business based in *************, Bomme Studio designed and manufactured our active wear line....when we approached them they highly recommended themselves and said they designed and manufactured for many years the company has managed to damage half of the clothes they made and they have taken $30,000 from our company and they are been hiding and ignoring our calls and not willing to pay our money back,I highly advise you to stay away from this company

This client has invoices due past 90 days and violated payment terms. This customer has production that they have not paid for in their possession. Additionally, all of the styles made were approved prior to production and after independent investigation, the garments were within QC tolerance and we have the garment specifications to prove it. The claims of $30K in damages are unfounded.Customer Response

All invoices were paid in a timely manner and we can provide proof as needed. You agreed to provide us refunds related to your errors and to perform necessary repairs. You have not provided any such refund or service. You have refused to respond to our attempts to contact you for over a year, including attorney communications. It appears that you continue to have time for brand collaborations and reviewing your Better Business Bureau complaints, so please contact my attorneys to resolve these issues.
