My problem is that I keep receiving bills from Diabetes Management Systems (formerly Diabetes Management Supplies out of ***********) that I have already paid for in 2022. I started receiving these bills towards the end of 2023. Supplies were never shipped out until insurance was verified for payment. The order was always verified with insurance for my co-pay portion and once that was done I received a call back within a week for payment before the ******* could be shipped. I have provided them with receipts several times regarding the same shipment in question but they continue to ignore it. I did not have these problems until this company took over Diabetes Management and Supplies of ***********. I had used that company almost 10 years or longer with no issues until it changed hands. I have written them asking to stop contacting me also but that hasn't happened either. I paid my co-pay of $60 to Pinnacle Medical Solutions that was required at the time for my supplies so I am asking that they no longer contact me regarding payment and to update their records regarding my account. I in no way owe the bill in question..
