Ordered her book and audible on the 10-day slimdown. I was struggling with accessing the resources so I contacted them via their website. I received a response within 24 hours, outside of business hours. I wasn't expecting to hear back until after the weekend, but they got right back to me. Over the past couple of years I have made a few purchases from Dr. *********************** group. The products are high quality, their level of service is spot on and they have been helpful when ai made requests for help or needed to make changes to my order or schedule. I bought Bella Biotics which I added to my "shake" in the evening which consists mainly of collagen and fruits. Bella Biotics added excellent taste to it and I enjoyed it. Problem my sugar levels are high lately and my Dr. advised me not to continue taking it since it has sugar / carbohydrates in it. I called then to unsubscribe. The woman who answered was very polite, appeared to be caring, didn't give me any hassle. Explained to me I would be reimbursed the amount that was charged, I will receive notification from my **** card, also an e mail verifying that I unsubscribed. She was excellent.Review from Paula C

I purchased the product did not enjoy the taste when I ordered it I was not told it was coming every Month or so I cancelled the product but my money was not refunded to me I continued to tell customer service this through several emails they continued to lie and said it was the only thing about ***************** on my card was where $62. And change was taken off nothing refunded you liar's.

We show that ******************** placed a subscription order with us originally on April 3, 2024. On May 3, 2024, she called to cancel the order and subscription. The subscription was canceled and the order voided on that date. We also sent a screenshot showing that the purchase price was voided and that she would not show a charge on her credit card. I can provide proof of the voided transaction if needed to show that we did not charge ******************** the purchase price of the order.Review from James C

I believe Dr. ********************** is honest about her products. I just cannot afford to continue to use them. Therefore, I probably haven't used the ones I've tried long enough to benefit from any of them.Review from Evelyn H

I'm very pleased with your 21 day plan. I dropped 18 pounds & have maintained with my automatic subscription of the chicken broth. I have always struggled with my weight & then maintaining.I happened across your bone broth diet shortly after I had attended a County Extension class on heart health for older adults. They strongly stressed the need for bone broth for older adults and it's benefits. There is cholesterol/heart history within my family. I am 78, active, *********** 130 lbs on a limited income. I appreciate ease of your *********** truly do feel good knowing my blood is flowing more freely through my veins. I also have your "Bone Broth" cookbook.Amazing how chicken bone broth can be included in the recipes.
