      All these 1 star reviews. I thought I was the only one. Ordered one and then tried to cancel but no phone number.I contacted an herb company who recommended Rootz. They contacted Rootz and I was given half of a refund. I nearly completed 1 container and man did I gain some weight from it. This business is subpar and true scoundrels.

      I purchased the superfood lemonaid product and I am deeply disappointed in that it does meet up to the standards they list about the product.... The taste is absolutely disgusting and fake tasting with a bad aftertase The powder doesn't dissolve. It clumps.There is a refund policy, but you have to send it back at your own expense and only then will they refund. I mean what are they going to do with an open product? Close it back up and resell it? I also made a one-time purchase and they ended up putting me on a subscription plan. After I had emailed them to cancel any future shipments, I received another in the mail and was told again to send both back for a full refund. If they had a good customer service policiy, they would issue the refund and cancel any future subscriptions. I'm deeply unhappy and do not recommend this company for any product the sell just based on their return and refund policy.

      The products are good but you cant stop the company from continuing to send it and charge you. They cannot be deleted from your life!

      Do NOT use this vendor! I had a subscription and cancelled it as instructed but they still charged me and sent another container. I gave several weeks-notice and they still shipped and billed me. I can return it at my own shipping expense which is not right!! I have complained several times without success. ******** customer service and the product is mediocre at best. Buyer beware!

      The product is gritty and does not mix well with liquids. It tastes O.K., but gave me hives! I wonder if it's the added Sacha Inchi powder In it? Anyway, I asked to return the product with an RMA STICKER that would include the cost of shipping, but they refused. They said just return it (no authorization), but we will not cover the cost of shipping! WHAT A CROCK! That means the "full refund" is NOT A FULL REFUND, due to the shipping being deducted, which will likely cost me $30+. Each container has very few servings, as well, which is a total rip-off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ROOTS for anything, ever again! They are not honest nor reliable! NEVER AGAIN!

      Do not buy from this company!! I ordered one product which i have never received!! Emailed & kept saying well be sending, but never did. I subscribed, unfortunately to a second product which they billed me for long before they were supposed to. Ive received tracking information for both but the **** creates a label but never receives the product!!Can they be sued???

      ****************. I ordered a product and signed up for a subscription for a discount, and received the discount only on the first order. I actually emailed them after I got the first product 3 weeks after ordering, and got charged for the second one before I even received the first one. There is no phone number to call, and you must email to cancel the subscription. I have emailed about 12 times and have gotten no reply. I have asked to cancel over and over. I will have to go to the bank to stop the auto charges. Absolutely horrible company and product!

      This company has a Subscribe and Save reoccurring way to order products at a discount, but the website offers no way to cancel these items. No phone number to contact or chat. Just a routine form that I hope will be answered. I was disappointed to open my first container of ROOTZ to find that the product was only 1/3 full. Now I get that there is settling of contents, but this is ridiculous. What a waste of plastic! Very disappointing. *******

      ******* ************** has horrible customer service and I started a subscription that I want top cancel. They tell you to email them and I did about 5 times and got no reply. There is absolutely no phone number to call them. Dont ever buy anything from this company- you will regret it! There has to be a law that they are breaking that they are not able to be reached. My state attorney generals office will be my next contact if I dont hear from them soon.
