Back in Aug of 2021 we purchased services from a company that we believed was yellow pages. After the year we tried to cancel our services by calling the 800 number and could never reach any one. My husband left messages to cancel our service. When we received another bill we tried calling again, still no one to talk to left another message. At that time my husband wrote a letter of cancelation (attached) and sent it to the address on the invoice. We continue to receive invoices from them (also attached) I have called and left messages to cancel on 11/24/23 and now again today on 6/6/24. Please note that all the addresses are different, the names of the business are different as well as the contact #'sInitial Complaint

Received invoice from Yellow Directory Pages. No return address on envelope. "2 year bold Directory" never requested. There is no information on letter stating this is an advertisment. This organization should be condemned for their nefarious practices. If the business was legitimate why wouldn't you put a return address on the envelope?Initial Complaint

Yellow Directory Pages mailed our business a letter with invoice and a charge of almost $500 (without any prior contract, without any prior agreement, and without any consent from us) for an INVOICE dated 1.5 years ago for some alleged "web profile" that we never asked for, never ordered, never existed!!!Initial Complaint

I received an invoice for ******* from Yellow Directory Pages and can provide a copy of it. I have never spoken with this company and I have never authorized an account to be set up. This appears to be a scam.
