I ordered vape cartridges, but was then told to pay additional for shipping, which is when I began searching the address and phone number. I quickly realized that this was a scam. When texting the person for help their story began contradicting itself (the added cost of insurance was a brand new policy / they've been working with the carrier for a long time and the extra charge is always returned). Main thing is that all payments must be done through unrefundable and unprotected methods.Initial Complaint

When contacting the sellers about any issue it results in harassment and foul language from the contact person "****". I was asked to send money as "friends and family" when clearly there is a business transaction happening to solely protect the business from giving you a refund or reporting the issue.Initial Complaint

Order #*** has been paid for but not completed. The purchase was made on June 8th. *************************** took my PayPal payment for the order. Paypal transaction: 3G292725TV825494S There has been no contact despite several attempts via phone, PayPal, and email to reach the business or ****************. This morning I called for an order update and I was hung up on when I gave the order number. A call back was never picked up.**************** had me coordinate PayPal via phone, as was directed when I placed my order. He had me complete the transaction and would send tracking information. That was two weeks ago. I believe when **************** took my payment as a P2P payment on PayPal, it may not have been credited toward my order correctly so my $185 is "misappropriated". Any help is greatly appreciated. I really would just like my order rather than a refund.
