False advertisement is not accurate. Company states if not satisfied product can be returned. But return policy stated once the product is open or cannot be replaced. . Very conflicting information not as advertised. My son experienced an allergic reaction, so me Im a registered nurse I was able to treat at home. They refuse to refund my money. They have false advertising on their page that they will refund your money. Horrible company with horrible customer service

Ordered a few items and received them without issue. Wanted to try the product again so ordered the same products; they were advertised as "kids" formula, as my child is 8, not a toddler. I ordered 4 items for the "kids" formula but only received 3 of the 4 items I purchased. Also, the items received were "toddler" formula. Not only did they send the complete wrong items, I was missing one. I wrote and email hoping for a quick and easy fix, but the company wanted me to send photos of what I received; I did this, and they said what I received was correct, it wasn't, I still had my original email when I placed the order. They claimed something about "marketing" changed, they couldn't understand I did not want the "toddler" formula for my 8 year old. I remained patient and simply just asked for my money back for the 1 product that I did not receive, their "customer service" style continued to be requiring me to complete tasks....they wanted me to send ANOTHER photo of the items I received and in the original box; this was days later and I don't keep cardboard boxes laying around the house so I replied and advised I no longer have the original box. I then asked if someone could just call me so we could come to a resolution and they responded by telling me to give them another 24 hours to "investigate" and they would get back to me. 7 days later (not 24 hours like they said) I got an email saying that they were "closing my ticket" because I was not communicating or responding to them. I am absolutely disappointed in the customer service and treatment from this small business; I will not be spending any more money with this business and will encourage others to do the same.

My kids love their protein shake! Before I ordered I asked customer service a ton of questions and they were super helpful. I have been getting subscription orders for 3 months now and they always arrive on time right when we are about to run out of our last bottle. Super satisfied with the results my kids are seeing

I have a subscription for a total of 6 months' supply of the gummy and chocolate-flavored protein kits. My son loves the taste of these products and always wants to take more, so I have to hide them to prevent him from consuming too many. He has experienced some growth, although not as much as we had hoped. Therefore, I requested a refund under their 6-month growth guarantee. The company responded promptly, verified all the necessary information, and processed the refund without any issues. I am very impressed with their customer service and honesty, and I also like their product. BTW, my son is now 17 years old.
