Please save years (literally) of tears, time, money, and headache and do NOT hire efficient builders !!We signed our contract for roof+solar over a year ago. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE *** TO BE COMPLETE ! OVER A YEAR LATER WITH NO END DATE! They only gave us half of the battery storage that we originally agreed to. The Enphase system is nice, but we are missing half the storage. I have been relentlessly contacting them for over 6 MONTHS about the storage with no follow-up indicating any imminent installation. This company is a total mess. There is no organization or administration, none of the employees know what they are doing, all the employees seem overworked and miserable. Efficient Builders does NOT communicate effectively, does NOT give their client confidence that the job will be done timely or effectively. VERY INEFFICIENT BUILDERS EVERYONE !! Please save yourself time, stress, depression, anxiety, and energy. You don't want your second full-time job to become babysitting your solar contractor.Review from Arthur S

After they re roofed & added solar to our home I found out that they allowed roofing debris to fall into our attic. I complained until they finally had someone come over to clean up the attic and debris on the furnace in the attic. Now there is a very strong odor of ************* coming through our ac vents every time we turn on the ac. Efficient Builders has been ignoring my calls & complaints for about a month now. All the work was completed in early July 2024, plus the solar has not been inspected by a city inspector to date. We are now in the first week of August and nothing has been done to correct our issues.******************Review from Jewel J

Sign a contract with Solar edge,efficient builders corp in 2022.the two sales persons that talked me into this answered the phone every time until the panel were installed. They told me that they would take down my Tesla panels and take care of my contract with *****.they took my Tesla panels down , but didnt return them to ***** and did not cancel my contract with *****. **** a installer for efficient builder,always told me , he just an installer.now if you call him,he says he not the installer and dont call him anymore. My roof is leaking coming inside my house because of their installation. Unable to contact anyone from Solar edge or efficient for repairs and find out where my $9000 rebate check went to..Review from Ana M

This company started putting my polar panels up in October 2023. It's is now January **** and my panels are still not on and running. Lots of broken promises saying that they were coming to complete the system and they did not show up. I am stuck with a $55,000 finance bill and no working solar panels. They told me they would cover the finance bill until the panels were up and running , so that I won't be paying ****** and the finance company. Well after constant back and forth with broken promises and lack of communication,today I received a portion of what's old on the finance bill. I am truly dissatisfied with this company, their lack of communication, broken promises, and lack of responsibility. I was told the city will be out Friday to inspect my system. I hope this is true and my system will be up and running soon, and the full payment is paid to me for the finance bills, as promised.
