I paid this online company via personal ****** a total is $102.90 on July 9, 2024. [Cheap Carton Cigarettes]: New order #*****. It was for 4 cartons of Pyramid Orange 100's. I then realized immediately after payment that I had been scammed because they wanted additional money for shipping and customs. I immediately emailed them back and told them to cancel my order and issue a refund. They did respond until 7/11/24 and I was told they in two words that I would but I have received no further contact or refund from them. I cant believe this company is still in business and still blatantly ripping consumers off.Initial Complaint

Went online to cheapcartoncigsrettes.com and sent them $105 for cartons of cigarettes. Then I was told they would need $105 insurance on each one that would be fully refundable. Then I was told they would need Custom Stamps for each carton, then delivery fees and all would be refunded when package arrived. Total $1,076.08. I stopped sending money when she asked for $610 telling me I would lose everything if it didnt send it. She used the name of ********************* and used an email address of ************************ She had me send all the money through Pay Pal to many different email addresses that I can provide to you if needed and the amounts that were sent to them. Huge scam and my credit card company would not refund me because I authorized the payments to her.Initial Complaint

11/06/2023 11/11/2023 Tobacco products specifically specifically five cartons of cigarettes, but for a $155.00 dollars on 11/06/23 . Then on the 11th They told me I had to pay a $105.00 dollar insurance protection fee. Which I did then hours ****** told me I had to pay a hundred and five dollar for each item 5 Items So I paid another $420.00 dollars. Which I was told would be refunded at time of delivery.At this point I contacted him twelve hours later . And they told me I needed to pay another $170.00 dollars To have my package released by Border customs. Which their business headquarters Is in ********** and i'm in *********. At according to the tracking number the package was inside of *****************. So obviously this did not make sense So I would not pay the $170.00 Amount. Which They told me if I do not pay that. I will lose all my money.And not receive my item. Which was then trying to threaten me. Which I asked politely to cancel my order at that point. They admitted it was their fault. Which I asked to speak to a manager to Resolve the issue . Which again they threatened me to pay the amount or lose all of my money. I have every correspondent contact.Tracking number And Proof of every single contact we had. All of the deceptive business practices.They are using to scam unsuspecting customers. And at this point the company Is cheapcartonCigarettes.com would not respond to me anymore. After I said I was not going to give them any more money. I purchased 4 cartons from this business on October 2 for $114.00 Several days later, I was told that I would have to pay $130 for insurance which I paid. Then I was told that I would have to pay $105 per carton for customs which I paid. Then today I was told that I would have to pay another $200 for customs in *******. If I already paid for customs through ******, why would I need to pay again through *******. With each new fee that I paid, I would be told that there would be no more fees, then I would be hit with another "fee". Made a purchase from the website on July 26, 2023. Was given a total of $162.50 which I paid via Cash App. Should have realized when attempting to send payment via PayPal but could not because the email addresses that were given to me to pay were not accepted by PayPal even as friends and family payments. After paying via Cash App, I was sent an email saying my item was shipped and was given a tracking site link that just attached to the original website with no real tracking number from an actual legitimate shipping service. 4 days later I receive an email requesting more money to ensure my order will be delivered since now, the email says, the carrier is holding my items. I have requested they refund my money because this delay is not my fault and this possiblity of my order being held was not told to me upfront. I still await their response. This company is definitely a scam requesting money via means that cannot easily be refunded or contested.Initial Complaint
