            This is a formal complaint of ********************************************* (referred to hereafter as "*****) against Vtech Elevator Company, located in *********************** (License*************************). **** hired Vtech Elevator Company to fix and make its elevator operational since October 2019. The initial problem of our elevator was that the steel case (50ft long) was crooked by corrosion; the upper part (30ft) was straight, but the lower (20ft) was crooked. As a licensed professional, Vtech failed to diagnose the major issue and only replaced the old jack. Vtech's failure to replace the steel case first, caused a lot of damage on the ground. Without replacing the steel case, Vtech removed the old jack and re-drilled the existing hole. They could not install the new jack in straight due to the deformed case. Vtech proceeded to forcibly install the new jack, which cause the crooked steel case to break into several pieces, it became very difficult to remove.
