    Hi, I made a ticket with skybound games on 5/28/23 about an issue with one of their video games that I needed support help with. It involved the walking dead on ******** switch on how the graphics did not include graphic black like they advertised and I could not advance through a certain game scene in 400 days. I only spent 20$ on the game but no matter the amount of money spent I bought the game and I expect it to work as advertised. They responded the next day 5/29/23 asking me to send videos which I did record videos of gameplay showing them what the issue was. They tried to tell me that it was my fault even though I have played this game on ps3,ps4 and Xbox 360 and never got stuck so its definitely the switch and the game developers problem. They stopped responding on 6/11/23 after multiple conversations, multiple emails, multiple videos sent about the video game issue. They said the developer was dead certain it was my fault so I got upset with them and told them they need to figure out the issue. ***** was the name of the associate I was speaking with and the last message I sent was on 6/24/23 and nobody from skybound including ***** have responded to my tickets or emails and theyre still currently open and unresolved. You cannot tell me they can go from responding every day to not responding at all. Im really tired of this video game company not actually taking the time to fix bugs or issues. With TWD definitive edition there are so many graphical bugs and issues that they will not fix and its ridiculous. Now I cant even complete the game on the switch. Im sure its not that hard to go into and make patches or fix issues especially when thats THEIR JOB. I spent the money and ** getting ignored and denied by the support team. Its unacceptable and I want some sort of resolution. Do Better skybound games.
