I purchased through this website ******************************* a membership for the world tour for RBD, when they announced the tour they told on the website there was membership benefits, if you purchased one, or if you do like a group of five memberships that was sold as nft at the moment.Since the beginning we had a lot of benefits, that was not being honored, and we started complaining to the company through the official Channels I also sent an email to live nation, and they answered saying that we needed to speak with the official channels so they can resolve the matter.The tour started last August we didnt have any benefits in the first eight concerts and then, when the minimum of the benefits is started being delivered, was nothing that were advertised and sold, they started changing the benefits after sold out, one of the benefits was side stage to watch the concert from the stage that was never delivered at all in one of the 54 concerts one of the benefits that I purchased my 14 nft memberships was for the meet and greet, and was never delivered!!!They were always like doing promises. No next concert will be better next concert. Its gonna start, the tour already ended last December and was just a fraud and a scam!!! I invest my money in this membership so I can have the best store and experience and every concert was a completely disaster. I attended 18 concerts, waiting to receive what I paid for, like they sold benefits, that money can not buy, because was supposed to be exclusive and unique experiences.
