On 12/16/2022 I paid $280.38 for two tickets to the ****** Speakeasy New Year's Eve 2023 cruise aboard the Motor **************** boat. as you will see in the attached documents, this cruise promised fully staffed cash bars (plural), festive party favors for ALL, and complimentary appetizers and small bites. When we arrived, we noticed that all of the non-heated appetizers were put at tables were guests receded making it very uncomfortable to asked reach in behind or between them for the food. Not to mention this was unsteady teary as the food was literally right in front of them. I did not eat because of this reason. There was only 1 cast bar for all of the gas on board. Not pleural as mentioned in the description. There was an enormous line for the bar at all times. At one point we waited ***** minutes in line for a drink. There were not nearly enough party favors for the guests. I would estimate that probably only 25% of the guests on board got any party favors at all. I feel like I paid $140 to stand in line for drinks all night. I feel like I was taken advantage of and lied to. I did contact the organizer and voiced my concerns. They stated " We are sorry to hear you are negative feedback concerning this event. We do our very best to ensure that everyone has a good time and we are pleased with our offerings while being entertained by us. We appreciate all the feedback you provided and will take it into consideration in the future. Thank you!"

Date of transaction: December 21, 2021 Paid: $882.00 We purchased a 4 hour dinner New Years Eve cruise on 12/31/2021, from 9pm-1am We boarded the boat at 9pm, sailed at 9:30pm. The boat was on the bay for 1.5 hours, did a u-turn and came screaming back into dock...docking at 11pm. Everyone was ushered off the boat, as it seemed there was some type of "issue" on another deck. We were told the cruise was over and NO REFUNDS. As we left dock (11:15pm) multiple police units with lights and sirens activated, arrived and officers ran up onto the boat (see pics). I have tried to resolve this with VIP Nightlife and they told me, absolutely no refunds, no matter what. So we spent $882 for cruising 1.5 hours on the Marina Del Rey Bay. See Uber receipt for time leaving dock area via car.

My wife and I purchased tickets for a ************************ in ***********. We paid for the most expensive tickets ("VIP Tickets") because those tickets included access to a "premium open bar". When we went to the bar at the venue there was no premium liquor or wine. The event had bottles of ******* Wine ($5 at the store) and generic liquor (labeled simply "Gin", "Vodka", "Tequila"). It was in no way a premium bar. My wife and I explained our issue to the event planner who promised a refund and said that they themselves would not drink or attend a party of the quality provided by this business. A few days after the event we followed up with the corporate office to process our refund and were denied. This company is engaging in fraudulent practices. False advertising. Inability to deliver promised services. General untrustworthiness. We will never do business with this company again and demand a full/immediate refund.

On December 16th I purchased two tickets to a New Year Eve party via the vipnightlife.com website. They had advertised that the price would increase after a this date, however, they did not sell as many tickets as expected and the prices never increased. If I had know that the event would have been available for the same price the date before the event, I would have waited until the day before to purchase. One December 28th, I had sent an email to the organizers that my guest has contacted Covid and asked their suggestions on how to move forward. They came back with an un-realistic demand that I provide a positive test result 3 days prior to the event. My guest became ill on the 28th and because test were hard to get it then took 2 days, I provided the result on the 30th. See the email correspondence attached, titled "Re 2022 InterContinental ********* New Years Eve Party ************* Question from ***********" with details of our conversation. They are denying my request for a refund and claiming that their NO Refund policy was made clear, it was not and it's obvious in this email that they confirm it was not made obvious. I had no other option but to not attend this event, they should at the very least provide a refund so that we were not infecting other guests. Instead, they are using the pandemic as an excuse to not issue a refund.

Ticket Event Date 12/31/2021 Amount: $573.03 each (purchased on two different receipts) We purchased 4 VIP tickets for New Years Eve in ************* and did not have any of the services offered including food, bottle of wine or champagne per table or souvenir champagne flutes. VIP nightlife state that you can place a claim within 5 business days but once we initiated the claim, the company stated as per their policy they issue no refunds. We had no food in the VIP section and general admission was going into the VIP area. No one was checking for VIP access in the VIP area causing others who paid less than half of what we paid per admission to our service or items. The company will not even acknowledge a partial refund or credit. This is a horrible policy, management and service.

I purchased a ticket to an event that was supposed to be a yacht party and turned out to be very much a scam. The VIP people and general admission went in the same line the only difference was a different color glow stick that were cheap from China. They said snacks would be provided but we given Triscuits and cheese. The boat itself was in terrible condition and more like a ferry. We went back-and-forth for four hours in the same general area with bathroom stalls out of service, tables and chairs on top of each other and peeling paint. This was advertised as a luxury mega yacht
