In November 2020 I purchased a ****** ****** treadmill from ******** **** and was offered a Black ****** Special of a console upgrade to the P80 console. I paid in full at that time and was given a delivery window of *** weeks. At 7 weeks with no contact, I emailed for updates and was told there were issues with ******** but a tracking would be provided within a week. After another week I asked again for the tracking and stated that I was going to ask my credit card provider to start the process to reverse the charges. I was delayed multiple times with explanations about shipping, but finally ******** a tracking number on ******** The treadmill was delivered on 2/15/21. We started having issues with the console in ******** **** and I was informed by my authorized Precor repair person that the treadmill was a ***************** The console did not go with the body of the treadmill and Precor wasn't sure how they had made it work. I tried to contact the company multiple times for either a refund or a new console, but no email or phone call was returned. Now the ******* is not responding and the phone number gives a recording that the number is not accepting calls. I supposedly still have months on my warranty for all parts and labor, but will have to pay out of pocket to get this fixed, as it is a commercial treadmill in a busy gym. I would like to have this repaired, and if that is not possible, a refund for the cost of a new console. I have a feeling, based on the other *********** that none of this will happen and I will not get any response from the ********
