Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) has offices around the world. I was dealing with the office at *********************************. Their address is: ***********************************************************. Phone ************ as listed on their paperwork. I traveled to *********** for a vacation and ****. This resulted in having two hunting trophies prepared and transported to ***. They were in a small wood box size 113x110x56 CM (44.5"x 43"x 22") and weighed 60 pounds but they charged me for ******************************************************* *********** to have the box shipped to the TANNERY. He filled out the paperwork. The final delivery was supposed to be ******************** as indicated on the paperwork. About 4 months after I placed the order, the box arrived at ********************************* where WFS handled it. They did not call the Tannery. They called me and left a cryptic and vague message saying, "your package has arrived." They did not leave a phone number on the first call. I had no idea what this was about since I was not expecting to receive the box. About 10 days later a second call was received from WFS. I called them and they said I needed to pickup the box or storage fees would continue to increase! I had no ideal about this. I rushed to the airport. I was told I could email a manager. I have several times and have never heard back. They ignore all attempts to communicate. They charged me $1280 for 8 days of storage on top of other fees. WFS threatened that I must pay it now or the price would go up. I tired to fight it but that was useless. I paid it it all and took delivery of the box. The cost was $160 a day for storage. Hotel rooms are cheaper in that area. I never was advised of these fees. They did not contact the broker for pick up. They did not leave proper information for me. And they are charging an extreme fee in this SCAM. Certified mail has been sent but they did not reply.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:I was not advised of the rates prior to doing business with you. Additionally, your personnel who called me did not leave a return number, or state anything about the rates on the phone message. It's like going to dinner then being charged for $1280 for service just because its company policy, and without you knowing about it prior to ordering your meal.
