****************, LLP was found using an online referral. I spoke to *********** on September 15, 2021, and he specifically told me that business regarding a senior citizen and domestic violence would be taken care of by his "best attorney" named ****** ****** in his San Diego office. Through research, I learned Mr. ****** is "not the best" as he has hardly held the senior management position since August 2021. Then, on October 5, 2021, this business was given $150.00 total of $********. The embezzlement doesn't stop there this money was taken with the motive for financial benefit for Mr. ****** and his co-conspirator ****** ****** ******** Mr. ******* also took $********** for services never rendered. The total amount unlawfully taken from a senior citizen is $********. This is being reported to the BBB so that senior citizens do not conduct business with Mr. ****** ****** or ****** ****** ******* as they both have a transient history of moving from one business to the next.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/11/10) */ We take our role as a respected business very seriously. Thank you, BBB, for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. Ms. ******** is a lovely person who we appreciate. Ms. ******** came to us in need of witness preparation as she had been noticed as a possible witness. We provided this witness preparation. Our firm has nothing to do with the "Law firm of ****** ******* ********** That is a different business and we are not affiliated with it in any way. We are separate businesses. Obviously any issues between Mr. ******* and Ms. ******** should be addressed separately. We are reaching out to Ms. ******** to attempt to informally resolve any issues she may have with our business.
