I ordered an album that was supposed to ship Oct.1. i can not get a straight answer out of these group nor do they have a phone that is answered by a live person. No email responses. etc.Initial Complaint

I ordered two hoodies from The HYV Shop on 3/31/21. A package was delivered to me in May, but it contained the incorrect items. I emailed in for support at the same time and they said they would ship the correct items to me. A month later, in June, I had yet to receive another package so I emailed in to check. They provided me with tracking information for my package. In July I received a notification that the package had been delivered, however it had been delivered to a random address in Oregon. I live in California and have never lived in Oregon. So I emailed in again and The HYV Shop told me they would look into the matter with their shipping provider. I didn't receive a response, so I continued to email in every couple of weeks. In August, one of the support team members simply replied "your package is showing as delivered", providing me with the same tracking information that shows the package that was delivered to Oregon. I replied informing them that it was not my address and the package hadn't been delivered to me, and have not received a response since. I emailed support four times after that, once every two weeks, and never received a response. I started a separate thread with support and still did not receive a response. I'm blown away at the ineptitude of the "support" that I received. It's been nearly four months since I've heard anything from the company, and eight months since I originally placed my order. I want the items that I originally ordered, but since they were "limited edition" I'd be shocked if they are still available. I am putting that down as my desired resolution but am prepared to be disappointed.Initial Complaint

I ordered something from them in early August. It never came and I contacted them immediately. They just got back to me today, two months later, to tell me they can't do anything and to contact USPS.
