      I spent *** on The Prisha Serpent Necklace, what they advertised on their website and what I received is different. Complete false advertising. You can see the claps is lined with gold on their website, once it arrives this was not the case. The quality is also not what's depicted on their website.

      The butterfly is not hooked up properly into the bracelet. I lost the butterfly and can not find it. I need a replacement. I called both telephone numbers listed. The number ****************** is disconnected and the other number listed no one answered and went to voicemail.

      I ordered a necklace from Vanessa Mooney which did not fit me and also did not match the photos on the website. The photos that were advertised are incredibly misleading and depict the necklace as being bigger and of higher quality than it actually is. I have yet to receive a refund on the necklace even though they told me on October 4th that they would refund the money for the necklace directly to my account. I followed up with them on October 15th as I still had not received the refund to my bank account. It was THEN that they decided to tell me it would be 3-7 days for the refund. It is now October 26th and I have yet to receive my refund. It has been 11 days, well outside of the 3-7 day window. This company is misleading and shady.

      I made 2purchases with Vanessa Mooney in order #****** on 7/20. 7/22 my items were shipped and never made it past **. I have made several attempts to contact them about my missing order through their website, chat forum, *********, and ******** messenger with no reply. By far the worst customer service I've ever encountered because there is NONE. I want my order on rushed delivery or reimbursed immediately.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/30) */ Customer ordered two items and the **** marked as Undeliverable. She wrote into both ********* and our chat and we responded and sent out a replacement order at no cost to her, we emailed her this information and gave her a 30% off discount code. She did not respond to either of these. The replacement order was again marked as undeliverable by the ************** two days ago.I have since emailed her letting her know the issue, offered to replace these items for a 3rd time or refund her.

      I ordered a dress in an XS, but I was delivered a Medium. I reached out to their support on 9/10, 9/13, and 9/14 via email and their website chat function (as well as via social media on 9/14). Have no gotten any response. Ideal situation is if they can please send me the correct size (XS), I can send back the incorrect size they sent me.

      I ordered two dresses from ************** on 8/27/21 with the total of $266.70. They shipped out 8/30, & claimed to have been delivered 9/1 however they did not. I was home all day Fedex did not ring the bell & I have security footage that shows they never came to the house. I contacted Fedex and they say it's out of their hands and I have to file a claim with them, I did. But I contacted ************** several time over the last two weeks with no response. I even tried contacting them on instagram with no help. I would like them to either try to honor my purchase and re deliver the goods or give me a full refund.
