I experienced several issues while using eFax on 09/04 to send a 304 page fax. Initially, I received a "Fax Sent" message, but soon after, received an email detailing the failed fax attempt. I realized that I did not add "1" before the phone number, so I resubmitted the fax. The website did not refresh, and I did not receive any signal that information was being received, even after pressing the submit button a few times. It was almost as if the website was frozen.I called customer service and spoke with Representative #1. He informed me that the fax did not go through because the "1" was missing. I explained that I had corrected this issue and tried resubmitting, but the page still did not update. He mentioned that the fax was in the queue and would take some time due to its large size. I accepted this explanation and ended the call. After the call, I checked my plan and discovered that I was only allowed 175 pages. My document was 304 pages. Concerned, I called customer service again and spoke with Representative #2. He said I would be charged for the unsuccessful submission attempts despite any website issues. I requested to cancel the fax, but he said it could not be canceled once in the queue. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager called and confirmed that I would be charged for all submission attempts and noted that he saw two attempts in the queue. I mentioned the website issue, but he said that he could not replicate it on his end. I made it clear that I would not pay for charges resulting from website issues, as these are unauthorized charges. He said he understood.Overall, the customer service was inadequate, and the representatives were unaware of the faxes in the queue until I pointed it out. It is perplexing that the repeated submissions of the same fax were not recognized as a website issue. I am requesting that I not be charged for the failed attempts that were due to system problems.

Installed their software and paid the $5 to send a fax while trying to send lease papers to a realtor. No matter what I tried, the program would fail to send. Couldn't get any help. Wrote support immediately and never received a response. The following week, I contacted them again and asked for a refund because I didn't get what paid for - again, no response for days.

I opened this account and was never able to use it as I was having trouble with my login. In April 2024, after receiving a charge of $18.99 on my credit card, I attempted to cancel the account via email to customer service explaining my login issue and response was that only way to cancel was via login. After receiving another monthly charge of $18.99 in May, I attempted to reset password which continued to fail so I tried to call customer service phone which went to voicemail. I left at least 3 messages which all went unanswered. I received another $18.99 charge in June and attempted again to cancel via online chat which once again resulted in instructions to login to cancel. So I sent another email to customer service to cancel. When I received July monthly charge of $18.99 I filed dispute with my Discover card. They provided parent company CCSI and POC for billing which I reached out to and was finally able to resolve login. I then attempted to cancel only to receive message stating I was unable to cancel account.

Saturday July 12, 2024 i was charged twice from E-fax and i really do not care that i lost out on the $6.50 however i would like this place looked into and closed down. It is not right that they should take innocent people's money and not provide any service at all. They charged my account within 5 minutes of me signing up for the Efax and it has taken me many days just to try and sign into my account which never happened. I have come to the conclusion there is no such "sign in" into ones account and oviously no customer service to speak of. The sign in option is a vicious cycle that leads you nowhere. Please, shut this place down ,so that they do not scam anyone else. To some people $6.50 is alot of money. it can buy bread and milk. It is hard to even think that there are people out there that can actually place their head on a pillow and sleep well after scamming innocent ones out of their honestly earned money. I can be reached at *****.*****@ health.ny.gov i am expecting a reply. Information on my card statement is as follows...CCSI EFAX ************ CA US($5.00) CCSI EFAX ************ CA US ($1.50) Like i had mentioned earlier, I was never able to sign in, or log onto this account. No service was rendered and no answer from number company provided.. Thank you for your time. *********************

I emailed Nov. 15 requesting cancellation and refund. I was charged every month from November of 2023 to July of 2024 for your services, which I discovered when doing an examination of spending. I called Efax to request a refund because I was never able to send a single fax through them, not one. I was told a request for 3 months of refunds would be submitted, but since I never used the service at all and requested to have it cancelled and received no response, I deserve a full refund.

Signed up for a free trial with efax, n tried sending a fax. It didn't male it to destination so I tried again n same thing. I tried one more time n something. So I cancelled in app the very next day. I then notice charges on my credit card one for 5 n 3 for 10 each. I'm thinking what is going on as it was a free trial n how could they charge me n if the same fax was sent 3 times n didn't reach destination, how am I being charged.i opened up dispute with credit card n contacted business n said my peace n last thing I was told the guy was sending it to the department for refund. Then I get another charge of 18 dollars for a subscription I had cancelled from a free trial. Then I notice my credit score drops 12 points 810 to 798 because of some remark code placed on my account because ********************** is fighting dispute. I lost the ***************** anyone says can justify that outcome. Because things like the cancellation wad done on ******** have no proof of it n as I was told I would need to show a cancellation before I even tried the 1st fax. Now how anmm I to know I'm going to cancell if I haven't even tried it yet. I feel screwed in every direction. I also know how much ************* it took me to get my credit score over 800 n iill will fight this to the death because I'm not getting screwed **** ymthis foe a dree trial I cancelled n 3 faxes that didn't make it to final destination.

Previous complaint filed, with no response from company (#********)New complaint- company is still trying to take money from me. I have emailed them multiple times telling them to cancel/delete my account. No response whatsoever.I have never been able to log in or get a password reset from company.... So that i might actually be able to log in and tell them to cancel. The system they have in place is designed to s**** the consumer and make it difficult to cancel.... Especially when they never return messages or calls. This is beyond harassment. I get 3 sometimes more notifications a day that they are trying to take money from a debit account, one that i can't use or put money into. Due to fear that i will be robbed by this crooked and absolutely financially driven company to ruin people.I have dozens of emails and notifications from them. Absurd and definitely harassment. From a company that gives absolutely nothing to the customer and demands payment repeatedly. Payment for services Never rendered. Sounds like theft of attempted theft. I think they should be investigated by one of the federal trade commissions.
