  This company buys debt from different companies that hire lawyers that go after a huge amount of money including their cost at whatever the cost may be. I use to have a sole proprietor established 2015 which was under ************* at ******************************************, which I stopped operating since 9/19/2019 and started my paper and incorporated under a completely different business name and different address ************* auto wrecking ********************************************* which came into business in January 2020. Please note these are two different business which i explained twice when i was contacted ******************************* (now deceased) in 2021 , after this lawyer I was also contacted by *********************** in 2022 to whom I responded with the documents to show this was a complete different company that had nothing to do with the prior debt. I never received any response in regard to the emails I sent out to both lawyers and I was ignored and they proceed to get a judgement under the wrong business for the amount of $52,000 while I was out of the country under psychiatric treatment that I have been under since January 2019. Please consider that my new business that is exempt to this debt has this on record they ruin my business credit history they are thefts and liars. They know what they are doing and are not caring they are willing to do anything at whatever cost to get paid and should not operate in such a way. Not content with the amount they took, I received on June 25,2023 a memorandum of cost after Judgment with interest accumulated. Reimburse the funds that were unlawfully withdrawn from ************* auto wrecking Corporation which did not owe such debt , collect the amount owed the correct way and from the correct company. I have attached the Invoice to which belong to Parts guy (sole ) the emails sent (No response) corporation ,licensing end 2019 ******** shipping as Parts guy auto wrecking 2020 Medical Docs to support my condition. Please Help!

  New counsel was established for this case after the passing of the original counsel for the Plaintiff.
  
  Several attempts were made to contact the defendant through phone calls, voicemails, and letters. The debtor did not respond or plan to resolve the debt. Failure to file an answer to the complaint, we requested entry of a default judgment. The debtor was mailed a copy of the Notice of Entry of Judgment on 5/18/22. Judgment was entered on 5/23/22 and the debtor failed to file a motion to set it aside from the judgment, nor did the debtor attempt to reach us to discuss the entry of default. 
  
  The judge presiding over this case granted Executive Financial Enterprises, Inc. a legal and ethical judgement that allows us to recover the money our client lost. The issued levy was issued against the bank account on 1/26/23 and the debtor contacted our office on 2/9/23 and requested for copies of invoices which was emailed to them on the same day and requested a call back. This was relayed to our attorney and our attorneys Paralegal reached out to debtor on 2/10/23 and spoke with a gentleman by the name *********The contact indicated that they had everything that was needed and indicated they were satisfied with the information they received from our office.
  
  The levy has been in effect for 1/26/23, the debtor has still not taken any action by submitting a motion to the court.
