I ordered these products from SNAC Nutrition. I had never drunk before, First shipment was in December, bi-monthly ordered on Amazon. Every expiration was July 2024. I started to get curious as to why I received a July Expiration in late May 2024 from both ************* as this cannot be fresh anymore because it's the end of its shelf life. I called SNAC, and they apologized and said they'd be getting a new batch in a month or so, so I could continue drinking. This new product came, I was still drinking the old one, then it had a bad aftertaste, I opened the new bottle. The contents of the new bottle were completely different from the previous bottles I had been drinking for months. I have yet to go to the doctor for my annual physical. My wife took a picture on her phone of the contents inside the bottle I had been mixing with milk and ice. It turns out, it was a dongle beatle or tick. I have pictures and a brand new bottle still sealed from the company's last shipment as I was still drinking the one from Amazon. I had ordered a few other products from the company as well. Some raised suspicion because it looked like air hit the pre-workout mix, but nothing else looked abnormal and it was sealed.Initial Complaint

Date of Transaction: 12/8/2023 Amount: $1,357.99 What the Business Committed to Provide you: Snack Gift Boxes What the nature of the dispute is: False Advertising Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: Not satisfactory Account/Order/Tracking Number: MAQHQ-*****-***** If the issue invoves advertising, when and where the add was seen/heard: On their website I ordered snack boxes for my team for the holiday season. I have ordered from this company in the past and was sent exactly what was advertised online (Pictures included in the attached email). This year, what was sent was not even close to what I ordered online. When I reached out to the vendor to request at least a 50% refund, they were unwilling to budge because of the price point set by their vendor. Instead of resolving this directly with their vendor, Crafty, they would rather hold the cost responsibility of the misrepresented items to the customer. Completely unacceptable for them to take no responsibility for having no quality control measures in place.
