I ordered a bed on Wayfair on October 23, 2020 (Order number: *********** ). It was the Eileen Upholstered Bed. This bed is of horrible quality and didn't even last 2 years. We had to save up for a new bed and sleeping on this one for the last 6 months became unbearable. The bolts of the side "nightstands" just kept coming apart. The bed squeaks like crazy because of the slats that keep moving. One slat actually BROKE. There is no box spring required because of the slats, but when they break that can actually damage the mattress that sits RIGHT on the slats. The baseboard moves like crazy because those bolts came apart TOO ! For the price I paid for the bed it should've lasted YEARS, meaning many years, not barely two. The bed is now dissembled in my garage and I had to purchase a new bed because the workmanship of a $1500 bed was horrible. We kept tightening the screws, but after a few nights, the bed was back to falling apart basically. I have pictures to prove the bed is disassembled sitting useless in the garage, pictures of how the nightstands looked on a daily basis, and a picture of a new bed being bought. Do I want a full refund ? No. I would like a partial refund because this bed shouldn't even cost more than $500.
