Purchase a leather sofa and love seat for total ********* *** finance charges if paid by ***** Leather is fading and it has torn Twice around the storage compartments both items. Also, the stitching is loosening and are exposed... the service department fax the manufacturer but I have not heard anything from anyone... *** is when I purchased **********Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/14) */ Mrs. ********* put a service request on ***** *** ***** for ***** damaged which were purchased on *********** After reviewing the pictures and sofa model history, we determined that the sofas present signs of heavy use, or abuse, and no manufacturer defect were encountered. However we are in communication with Sofa's manufacturer seeking a solution to the customer's issue. A service takes time and lots of work and communication involved. Manufacturer emailed us ******** that they need to ******* sofas closely to determine whether or not will be able to exchange them. We need to reach out to customer on Monday ******* to let her know of the manufacturer request which is not a guarantee they will give out new ones until they inspect them, we need to pick them up from customer's house and take to their factory, then take back to customer, either the new ones authorized by them or the damaged ones if they decline. We ask customer to be patient since we are working ******* finding the best solution for her and it is not our decision to make. If anything else is needed or intended, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
