Hello. This is regarding order number********** placed on December 5th, 2021. I ordered furniture in value of ******* dollars and I paid as a downpayment 50%. The service included also interior design for which I provided house plans, pictures and a video of the house. The white glove installation and delivery was another ***** dollars. After seven months I received a deliver of only 10% of the order I placed. I was told that because of the mistake I will be reimbursed some of the delivery money which I was never reimbursed. More of the furniture arrived lat week but the dining table top which was from glass and the respective cocktail table top which was the same design came broken. I was provided appologies and told that I will be provided with a loner so that I have a table and that I will be told when the tops will come the next day. I received no emails or answers anymore. There is also still furniture for which I already paid 50% and was not delivered and I am getting no information about their whereabouts. Also the bookshelves the designer suggested do not fit in the space so I had to accept a suboptimal design. No discount or anything was offered. Lastly I asked for a final invoice after I paid the balance and I was never provided one which I believe is not even legal. I was told that the furniture cannot be delivered before I paid. So I paid without an invoice. I like to have my TV stand delivered at a discounted price for lateness, the service/delivery to be returned because of poor service, and the table tops to be delivered and again a discount is in order. I like an invoice.
