Here's a more professional version of your text:I recently purchased a deluxe car wash service at a Mobile gas station. Upon completion of the wash, I noticed that bird droppings were still present on my vehicle and it was not adequately dried. I politely requested that the gas station attendant, ****, allow my car to go through the wash one more time, as the service I paid for had not been properly rendered. When **** insisted that I pay for a second wash, I requested the customer service phone number, but he informed me that they do not have one. When I asked for his manager's contact information, he responded dismissively, stating that I was asking too much and that I needed to either pay again or leave. This encounter left me dissatisfied with the quality of service and the lack of appropriate customer support provided by the *********************** gas station. Any gas purchased but unused will be refunded back to the owners bank account. Allow for 10 business days as sometimes the bank works slowly. If less than the $20 of gas is pumped then the $2 discount will be revoked. For example: if you order $20 gas with a $12 deluxe wash you get a $2 discount on the car wash for a total of $30 ($20 gas + $10 car wash discounted), however if you only pump $18 gas of the initial $20 gas, then the $2 discount on the car wash is revoked and it would still be $30 total ($18 gas + $12 car wash non-discounted). If you need further clarification come talk to the manager at the gas station anytime from 7am-4pm.

I went into this gas station to buy food and when I paid the cashier said that the transaction didn't go through, I called my bank and had them confirm to me whether it went through or not, the bank told me that it did go through and they sent me a copy of the statement with the transaction and the amount that was pulled from my account. The cashier still refused to give me my food and wanted me to drive 45 miles back the next day to meet the owner and solve the dispute. I called the cops but unfortunately there was nothing they can do about it since they can't really force him to give me my food. It's not about the money more than it is about the principle.
