I went to the *** location for a enterprise rental It says that if we are traveling that they only use debit cards as the type of payment method I read the terms and conditions before I came there I went there accidentally gave her my master card which is a prepaid card and she took a very long time trying to handle the situation I guess her associate told her they not aloud to use prepaid cards Thats understood But then I pull out my chime card which is not a prepaid card at all they also have a credit builder credit card also and you can use chime for pay pal and other serious transactions Back then you could not use prepaid cards for insta cart and cash app but chime was elgible as a real debit Chime is the biggest mobile banking debit card you have to also get approved for the debit card as well So she automatically assumes like everyone else does that its not a real debit card because I guess they see it on television as advertise So basically I was not able to get a rental at all that day on 3/13 Im unhappy about the faulse advertisement and the fact that you guys made a faulted accusation on the debit card I had to Uber everywhere and the sad part about it is now its flooding around la right now I am not using enterprise at all
