Called into the edible arrange store to have two edible arrange baskets delivered on 2/14/24. I received notification that both baskets had been delivered on 2/14/24 which was untrue. I contacted the store approx 10 times but no answer. Messages left on their voicemail. I contacted edible arrangement corporate's office on 2/15/24 early morning advising them of no delivery. The rep attempted to call the store few times but was unsuccessful. I requested a full refund. Complaint and request filed. I was told that I would be contacted by store in 24 hours. I wasn't. On 2/15/24 in am, a man attempted to deliver ONE basket of Wilted Fruit. I told him to please return it to the store because I requested a refund, plus the fruit was not suitable to eat. On 2/15/24 late at night a woman attempted to deliver ONE fruit basket. I advised her to please return the fruit to the store because a refund was request, the basket was late and the fruit had Mold on it. She left the bag at my door. I took the bag inside, took photos, then through the arrangement in the trash. The worst fruit I had ever seen, almost like 3 week old fruit with mold. Corporate contacted again, another request for refund was submitted ( Case # *******, & case #*******, Order # S1003118075. Corporate is unable to reach anyone at the store. I am asking for a full refund due to no delivery on promised date (2/14/24), and unsuitable, not edible, molded fruit delivery attempt on 2/15/24. I did not accept the delivery on 2/15/24 because It was a day late and the fruit was old.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction: Feb 13, 2024 Amount paid:$69.98 Business name: Edible Arrangements ORDER NUMBER - W2010060468-1 I WANT A FULL REFUND, WHAT THEY ADVERTISED WAS NOT WHAT I RECEIVED. I am very upset at the quality of the fruit and how the arrangement was not placed in the *********** day mug that I paid for. The strawberries were rotten. The arrangement didn't even look close to the picture advertised that they had on the website. It came in a plastic cup instead of the *********** day mug that I paid for. The arrangement looked like a small child randomly placed fruit in a cup covered in tissue paper. I also attached them the pictures to see what I received.I spoke to the front desk at that location and she said the manager has no time to discuss with me and to call them back another day. VERY Unprofessional!!!!I really want my money back. Please do help in this matter.Thank you *****Initial Complaint

On February 2, 2023, I ordered a birthday fruit arrangement from Edible Arrangement to be delivered to my daughter's school for her 16th birthday on February 3, 2023. The birthday arrangement was never delivered. Per Edible Arrangement, they use Uber eats to have arrangements delivered and allegedly the Uber driver stole the arrangement. I was told to contact Edible Arrangement's corporate office in ******* to request a refund, which I did. It is now August 4, 2023 and I still have not received my refund for $76.99. I contact Edible Arrangement's corporate office on a bi-weekly basis to check on the status of my check, and I am told the same thing "you will receive a check in three weeks." I would NEVER do business with this company again and I warn any consumer to spend their hard earned money with a more reliable, competent company. Edible Arrangements are theives and should not be in business! My reference number is *******Customer response
