I bought a gun from the store, Mossberg 500 Tactical HS410 410 Gauge Home Security ($374), I sent the money through Zelle and then got a shipping notice and then got a email saying I needed to get insurance for the gun to be shipped, ****** fully refundable, yea right. I then realized that I had been scammed. Why is this site, Mossberg Gun Shop, still up and running, how many people are going to lose their money??????Initial Complaint

Purchased ******* online with Mossberg Gun Store for $379 on December 5 th 2022. Paid via *****. Received email next day that order was canceled, then received email confirming and sent proof of ***** payment. I have attempted contacting them without any return response. I have also contacted my bank and they have filed a fraud complaint with *****. No response back yet. ***********Initial Complaint

I purchased a **** camo rifle *************** and they told me to pay****************** I paid ******* and got another email saying i need to pay the amount again but to a different name on *******. They have refused to contact me or answer an of my emails. I reported it and my bank won't pay it back i have to deal with ******* only. Please do not buy from them.Initial Complaint

On September 1st, 2020 I sent $349 to Mossberg gun store **************************. They asked for payment to be made ************** I sent them the money. I got an email that my order had shipped and gave me a delivery date and tracking number. When the shotgun didn't arrive I checked the tracking a d it said my order was under an insurance hold. I emailed asking what the Hold was about and got a reply that my state has an insurance deposit so they needed $200 more ************* that was 100% refundable after delivery. I told them I wasn't comfortable sending more money and to refund my $349 because this was getting too complicated for a simple pur have. Now they won't answer any of my emails. I think I'm getting scammedBusiness response
