On October 18, 2022, we purchased 4 general admission tickets totaling $179.96 including taxes and fees to attend the event on Saturday, October 22, 2022. On Saturday, October 22, 2022, we entered the hayride and our tickets were scanned when we were in the line waiting for our turn to get on the hayride. Unfortunately, it started to rain and the ride and mazes were shut down after we already spent over an hour waiting in line. The staff told us the rides will NOT open again and that we can get a refund. Once we reached the front of the "Refund" window we were told by "Venus" the attendant that we needed to email [email protected] with our request. I emailed immediately after and I included the tickets and receipt. They offered me a voucher to come back this season but unfortunately, today is the last they are open. I have requested a call so we can discuss and come to an arrangement. This is their reply ---Hello,, We do not offer phone support at this time, we apologize for any inconvenience. We are unable to provide a refund since the the location reopened on this night and it operated until every person on site had the opportunity to go on. We are happy to provide you with a voucher to come back again this season for the inconvenience. Please let us know when you would like to proceed. Cheers, Hello, Our tickets are only valid for this 2022 season. We apologize for any inconvenience. --- Unfortunately, we left the premise before they reopened the rides as we were told they were not going to re-open again.Initial Complaint

I had purchased tickets thru costco and purchased picked a date online and I picked a date but when i was done with selecting and purchasing it gave me the wrong time so I emailed the ************** directly and they gave me vouchers to repurchase the tickets and when i purchased the tickets it asked me to pay $2.03 for the tickets so i emailed them like 7 times and they are not responding after they issued me the credit and do no want to help me with obtaining the extra $2.03 I had to pay for each of the tickets. If you can please help me. thank you and the phone number you have listeed for the haunted hayride is no longer in service.
