    BBB unable to locate business
    I purchased two sofas from this company. One for myself, and one for my Mother. Both were missing pillows.I was told by the company that they were waiting for fabric to be available. I kept getting the run around and its now been over two years. Why did they deliver the sofa missing items? They are also being sued by several other consumers for similar reasons.

    PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE DOING THE SAME THING TO MANY PEOPLE AND HAVE NO CONSCIENCE ABOUT IT. I ordered a sofa from them in March 2022. I was given a specific delivery date and on that day, I was told the legs were still being made and the sofa would not be delivered for a few days. Then another call a few days later for a second delay because their driver "apparently" got covid. I finally received the sofa a week later but I noticed several issues/errors. I called Zanete to discuss, at first she said it was exactly what I ordered and there was nothing to be done, but after some insistence, she asked to send photos so she can show them to Riq and the warehouse. At that point, she admitted that some errors were made and agreed to have a new seat cushion made. I received the new seat cushion that was supposed to be delivered to my home but instead it was dropped off on the street a block away by a Lyft driver because their usual driver was too busy to drop it off himself and she gave Lyft the wrong address. I had to drag the seat cushion and two pillows home. I noticed more mistakes with the couch in addition to quality issues. At this point, I felt like I could not trust them to produce something of quality based on what I was seeing. I made a request for a refund and offered a few other options. Setting aside the delays that left me couch-less for over a week and the disaster with the Lyft delivery of the new seat cushions being left on the side of the road a block away from my home, leaving me to drag them to my house. The couch had many issues. The entire experience was terrible. They declined and blamed their vendor for all the errors and said they would make me a new sofa. I said I did not feel confident but they assured me they fired that vendor and were working with a new quality vendor. I reluctantly agreed. I reached out to get more details on the sofa and arrange for the new one to be made. I never heard back from them again.
