      On 8/24/24 ( Saturday I made a bedroom set purchase to be delivered on 8/26/24 ( Monday ) after taking off from work for merchandise to be delivered on Monday from 10-8:00 pm there was a "NO-SHOW". **************** made it clear to me that merchandise would be delivered that day. **************** made a huge mistake while not taking her time to make sure all information was accurate. I made a call to inquire how soon would it take for merchandise to be delivered. I was told 9/26/24 and never was merchandise on a "Back-Oder" ?? **************** clearly made a "HUGE" mistake on delivery date while typing in information ??. So in order for this matter to be dealt with I have to take off work again ?? for this to be cleared up or either wait until 9/26/24 for it to be delivered. While speaking with the young lady who serviced me , it was made clear that my bedroom set would be delivered on Monday 8/26/24. She put the "Wrong" date for delivery.???????? Now tell me, who would wait until another full month 9/26/24 to have something delivered if it's not on a "Back-Order" and on top of that, it was for a "Labor Day" special. After dealing with this company for years it's time for me to cancel my business with them.??????

      This company without my acknowledgement closed my credit card and never. informed me. I've been a client of theirs for the last five years. When I called to complaint, they were really rude and hostile on the phone. They were forcing me to come into the store to review my account. I do not recommend this company, and all the staff that works there are very rude and they do not believe in customer service

      Scammed me of a $2,200 order in which I was promised a refund since they claim *** lost the package. Even after months of contacting with the manager and after them giving me provisional credit, they randomly email me saying the investigation was close and that they will not be refunding me my money despite having *** proof and emails stating otherwise.

      I apply to many times and they denied my credit several times y never have credit with them I have stable job and income I dont know wy I call and make the cuestin and no body have answer about

      Very unhappy with the level of customer service and warranty I've received. I have made 4 major purchases with Curacao and purchased extended coverage on each. Everything breaks not soon after purchase and to date I've only seeked one replacement although all have needed replacement and I have warranty on all. The couch I bought which was almost $2k is now broken. I need help and I've made about 20 calls now no exaggeration. I even went in person all they could do for me was email the pictures I brought in and here we are 3 weeks later still no response or help. I can't find anyone in this company to help me out. At this point I want all the money I've put towards the extended warranty refunded.

      Someone took a credit card out in my name I called these so called company and they couldnt provide me with any info because I didnt have the correct account number or phone number how I didnt apply for it now its lingering on my credit

      I bought a ******************** e-bike in August 2023 it worked fine for about 3 months. At that time the crank arm started coming loose. We kept tightening it over and over until it wouldn't tighten any more. The loosening and tightening had worn out the taper on the center crank. I called Curacao to get it fixed, I was instructed to call Huffy. I called and they sent me a new center crank, that I had to install. Then the motor stopped working. I checked everything and found out the rear cassette was wobbly. ***** sent me a new one, that I had to replace. Motor still does not work. I called Huffy AGAIN. Now they want photos, videos, and receipt for the bike. So ,I called the store , or so I thought. The service guy said the return policy is only 15 days and I had to deal with *****.I then asked to talk to the store manager. He said the store doesn't talk to customers, they just route you to different divisions outside the store. He said if I take it back to the store they would tell me where to take it to get it fixed. The nearest Huffy outlet is over 100 miles from me. I still owe money on this bike and it is useless. I have never dealt with a company that cared so little about customer service. If you don't stand behind the products you sell, let your customers know upfront.

      Estoy sumamente ******* con la Curazao porque me hicieron comprar un plan de aseguranza para mi lavadora y noms no cumplen quisiera de mandarlos por incumplimiento de contrato a mami hicieron perder $600 y no me arreglar mi mquina no recomiendo que compren productos en la ******* jams jams

      I just reached out to curacao customer service and am appalled as to how they communicate with potential customers. I had received their so called pre approved credit line of ****. BUT IT'S MOSTLY IN SPANISH AND WHY ? PERHAPS BECAUSE I HAVE A SURNAME THAT IS OF SPANISH DECENT SO I'M SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO READ IN SPANISH, A BIT ***JUDICIAL/RACIAL I SAY. So I speak to ****** gave her my first name and instead of remembering it she decides to call me migali, unbelievable ! My name is far from it.. *******. Then she transfers me to a different person, couldn't understand his name. He starts asking me if I have documents from here (US) or another country, then asks if he could run my credit. WHAT THE **** IS WRONG WITH THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE !! I'M CALLING TO GET THE *** APPROVED OFFER MAILED TO ME IN FREAKING ENGLISH ! AND HESASKING FOR ENTIRELY IN DEPTH INFO FROM ME SO I POINTED THIS OUT TO HIM AND ALL I GET IS IGNORANT ARGUMENTS FROM HIM. SORRY BUT IT'S SO DISHEARTENING AS TO HOW ITS COME TO THIS. AFTER HEARING HIS BS I SAID...ITS OK NEVERMIND AND THANK YOU BYE. I'm shocked about how we are treated now in this day and age in a country where there used to be far more respect for people, customers, potential customers. Customers are the ones that keep businesses in business. But it's no longer about the customer it's about defiance in getting what is wanted from the customer. I just read the reviews about ********************** and apparently I'm not alone on this. Best to All !!

      I bought a ** from Curaao with the extended warranty I have called multiple times because the ** is no longer working I have left messages emailed pictures and send pictures to the numbers that they tell me to send everyone there has giving me the runaround and has never returned my calls most of the people that I called to say that they actually don't even know my case. They are attempting to do fraud on me and false advertisement because I did get the extended warranty and it's not being honored at all customer service there's no customer service.
